Located in a wonderful spot on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, Villa Luigi is a beautiful home and an excellent base for exploring. Sitting in Torri del Benaco, Villa Luigi offers superb views over the lake and is within walking distance to the town centre.

The home sits along the picturesque road connecting Torri del Benaco and the mountains and thanks to its wonderful location, offers privacy, tranquillity and a spectacular view of the lake.

Spread over two terraced levels, this home accommodates up to 8 guests over four bedroom suites. The main living space is on the first floor and is the heart of this lakeview home. The spacious living space is open plan and offers a comfortable lounge and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows open on to the lake view terrace, the perfect spot for long brunches and evening aperitivi.

Head downstairs to the lower, ground floor where you’ll find a games room, complete with table tennis table. There’s a laundry room here too.

Enjoy al-fresco meals overlooking the private pool thanks to the outdoor dining area and wood-burning barbecue.

For whiling away hot summer days, take advantage of the wonderful private pool, overlooking Lake Garda. There are sunloungers, parasols and a pergola too.

Location

Villa Luigi sits on the east coast of Lake Garda and thanks to its position above Torri del Benaco, it offers stunning views over the lake.

The home is located in a tranquil, peaceful location and yet is less than 1km from the centre of this wonderful lakeside town. With restaurants, pizzerie and cafes within walking distance, Torri del Benaco also offers a wonderful lakeside promenade and is well connected thanks to its ferry port, offering a great way to explore more of Lake Garda.

A vehicle isn’t essential for stays at Villa Luigi but it is highly recommended. There is a covered garage for one car and a covered outdoor space for two additional vehicles.

The closest airports to Villa Luigi are Verona (35 minutes), Milan Bergamo (1 hour 30 minutes), Milan Linate (1 hour 45 minutes) and Venice (1 hour 45 minutes).
