Located in a quiet spot in Cisano, Villa Roccolo is a stunning, modern home and is an excellent base for exploring Lake Garda. Sitting between the two towns of Lazise and Bardolino, Villa Roccolo is just a 15 minutes walk from Cisano and the shores of the lake.

Offering a luxurious retreat on Lake Garda’s east coast, Villa Roccolo offers a blend of modern design and impecccable interiors. Unwind in elegant surroundings and enjoy wonderful views over the lake.

Spread over one single level, the villa features five stylish double bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests. The heart of the home is the spacious living area and opens directly on to the terrace and gardens down to the private swimming pool. Enjoy evenings overlooking the lake and indulge in al-fresco meals thanks to the large outdoor dining area and barbecue.

There’s an indoor dining room too as well as a fully equipped, modern kitchen, complete with dishwasher and oven.

Out in the gardens, there’s plenty of space for everyone and the pool is furnished with parasols and sunlougers, making this an ideal spot to while away sun-soaked, summer afternoons.

The swimming pool isn’t fenced – if you’re bringing little ones, they’ll need to be supervised at all times.

Location

Villa Roccolo is on the east coast of Lake Garda in Cisano, a small town between the two major towns of Bardolino and Lazise.

The lake and promenade are around 1km away, an easy 15 to 20 minutes walk as is the centre of the small town. There are a few restaurants here also but head to nearby Lazise (1.7 km or 25 minutes walk) or Bardolino (3.5km) to explore these wonderful lakeside towns, bustling with shops, restaurants and cafes.

Both Bardolino and Lazise have ferry ports, offering a great way to explore more of Lake Garda.

There’s private parking available (up to 4 / 5 vehicles) at the villa and given the location of this home, a vehicle is required here. It’s a perfect base for exploring Lake Garda and there are plenty of day trip options including Verona, Milan and Venice.

Just 20 minutes drive from the main A4 Milan-Venice motorway, Villa Roccolo is just under 30 minutes drive from Verona airport and around 1 hour 15 minutes from Milan Bergamo airport.
