Located in a quiet spot in the hills near to Torri del Benaco and Garda, Villa Sirene offers a wonderful base for exploring the beautiful eastern shores of Lake Garda. The villa sits in a private and gated residential area above Lake Garda and offers breathtaking views of the lake.
Designed for ultimate outside living, this spacious villa boasts a lake view terrace that wraps around the house and is complete with lounge sofas, a dining area and barbecue.
Villa Sirene is spread over two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests over 4 bedrooms. The first floor is the heart of this panoramic home with stunning lake views from the entire floor. The main living space offers a living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors open out on to the covered terrace and whether your sipping coffee or savouring sunset cocktails, the lake view is a beautiful constant.
The lower floor is home the four bedrooms as well as a second lounge area which opens directly on to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Villa Sirene has four bedrooms on the lower floor – two double rooms and two twin rooms. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom and the other rooms share a second, family bathroom. A third bathroom is on the first floor.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven and dishwasher.
Swimming Pool
The private pool boasts stunning views over Lake Garda. Equipped with sun loungers, it measures 10m x 5m with a depth of 140cm.
Good to know
Three of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is WIFI throughout. On the lower level of the villa is a laundry room which is connected to a second living area which opens directly to the pool area.
The villa is within a private and exclusive residential estate. Entrance is close to the lake and is gated. The villa is then reached through the estate, climbing the hills towards to the top where the villa is located.
The villa sits in a protected local area and as such, the last part of the public street leading to the villa is unpaved and narrow.

When it comes to exploring, Villa Sirene is in a quiet, private area sitting in the hills above Lake Garda yet just 3km from the peaceful village of Torri del Benaco. A car is needed for stays at this home and there is parking for up to three cars within the property.
Villa Sirene is just under an hour from Verona airport and 1.5 hours from Milan Bergamo airport.

Lovely location with amazing view of the lake. Car essential. Fabulous pool – this really made the difference in August heat! Spotlessly clean house. Hosts very responsive with suggestions for local restaurants and wine tasting. So helpful with taxi at end of stay too. Thoroughly recommend this stunning place.

The location is special and has the most beautiful view of Lake Garda with a charming sunset and beautiful tranquility.
The villa and the outdoor squares are luxurious, especially the swimming pool, which is distinguished by its infinity view of the lake.
Great for families of more than 5 because it is very large and has multiple bathrooms and bedrooms.
Just pay attention to 3 points:
There is a staircase that may be tiring for the elderly (and the host was clear and informed me of it)
The villa needs some renovation of the furniture.
Entering the residence, Google Maps gives you a wrong and dangerous route and does not accommodate large cars. -
A really impressive home to take the family for a holiday. The villa is nicely laid out, clean, well maintained and in a lovely private setting. The rental company were also very nice and friendly to deal with which helped make our holiday hassle free. The swimming pool was fantastic and it didn’t matter at all that it wasn’t heated. I guess the only slight negative is that you need to get in the car to visit any amenities, that said the views are amazing and well worth any drive.

It’s a beautiful villa with nice beds. Especially the outside areas and the view are very nice. The villa is quite difficult to reach (this was indicated). Unfortunately, there was a crane near the neighbors in the garden so there was a lot of construction noise.

We loved this villa. It has excellent accommodation for up to eight people, stunning views and a gorgeous swimming pool. The villa was spotless and had plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment to cook for a party of up to eight people. We will certainly return if we decide to come to Lake Garda again. All in all it was an absolutely first class experience.
The directions to find the villa gave a good impression of where it is situated but we didn’t see that it specifically said it was off the lakeside road between Torri and Garda. We initially followed the directions given by the map on the app for the villa and were taken to completely the wrong place. This could be made clearer.
It would also be good if in the description of the villa it could be made clear that there are two steep staircases, one inside the villa and one leading down to the pool. Neither of these has a bannister or railing and so they are quite difficult for anyone with a disability or mobility issues.
We had a couple of issues with the awning that shades the terrace alongside the pool. It is very low at the edge beside the pool and each one of us banged our head against it at least once. Thankfully there was no serious injury but people should be made aware of this
