Sitting in the centre of this historic village, Rustico on the Lake has been carefully restored to offer a wonderful Mediterranean cottage overlooking Lake Garda. Unwind in rustic elegance and enjoy beautiful views over the lake and mountains beyond.

With antique marble floors and warm wood throughout, Rustico on the Lake is spread over three floors and offers two double bedrooms for 4 guests. The heart of this home is the spacious and bright living room complete with an adjacent dining area and open plan kitchen. The upper floors host the two bedrooms and from every corner of the home, enjoy panoramic views over the lake.

The pearl of this wonderful lakeside villa is the veranda, offering the perfect al-fresco dining experience overlooking the water. It’s a lovely spot too to shade from hot summer days. For swimmers, cool off in the lake thanks to the villa’s own private access to the water, directly in front of the home. Rustico on the Lake has it’s own private bathing pier and there’s a small beach too just 30 metres from the home.

Rustico on the Lake offers two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms with shower as well as a guest bathroom on the lower floor.

For cyclists, city bikes are provided offering a wonderful way to explore the area and to enjoy the promenade. There are laundry facilities too and one parking space is available.

Pets are not permitted in this home as well as barbecues.

Rustico on The Lake is located in the historic hamlet of Cassone di Malcesine, nestled against the mountain slopes on the north east coast of Lake Garda. Step out from the villa and take a stroll along the lakeside promenade – this home is in the centre of the village where you will find a lovely selection of restaurants, pizzerie and cafes. The village of Malcesine is just 5 minutes drive away.

A car is highly recommended for stays here and there is parking for 1 vehicle.
