Sitting close to the beach and idyllic shores of Porto San Felice is the newly refurbished Villa Albero. A spacious and bright lake view villa, the charm of this lake home is the mighty Lebanese cedar tree which rises high above the villa through a specially designed opening in the ceiling of the main terrace.

Thoughtfully renovated and designed, Villa Albero offers a luxurious and spacious mediterranean living space and a beautiful saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by exoctic palm trees and age-old olive trees.

This wonderful home, decorated in white and natural tones, is spread over two levels and accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms.

The main level and the heart of this lakeside villa boasts a stylish entrance opening onto the bright open living and dining spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped and is perfect for entertaining and if you prefer to dine al-fresco, step out on the main terrace, a beautiful and marble tiled space.

The main level of the villa is also home to four of the five bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom and views over the stunning gardens. The lower, garden level of the villa boasts a spacious and elegant apartment. It has a stylish, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful Iroko wooden terrace with a view over the pool.

For the ultimate sunset experience, head up to the roof terrace. Relax under the shade of the cedar tree and enjoy spectacular views over the lake and Monte Baldo in the distance.

The lovingly curated gardens are simply stunning with palm trees, magnolias and olive trees. The pool is the perfect spot to while away hot summer days or relax in the garden lounge, surrounded by pine trees and wisteria.

The main level is home to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and two double rooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is the study with elegant double sofa bed and ensuite bathroom with bath. The fifth bedroom is the garden apartment, complete with double bed and bathroom.

Villa Albero boasts 5000 square meters of park-like garden filled with age-old trees such as palms, cedars, pine and olive trees.

The pool is a saltwater pool and is 11 m x 3.5 m.

Location

Villa Albero is located in a quiet spot in the highly sought-after Valtenesi area. With views over the lake, the villa is just a few hundred meters from the bay and Porto San Felice. Within easy walking distance, the lakeside offers a beach, restaurants and a few bars. Please note that the beach and lake are reached on foot via a downhill gravel road.

The centre of the village is around 1km away and around 10 to 15 minutes on foot. San Felice del Benaco is a small village and has a small selection of shops, restaurants and bars and gives a real opportunity to experience traditional Italian life, typical of this area.

A vehicle is recommended for stay here and there are parking spaces within the grounds of the villa.
