Villa Arche is a magnificent luxury villa, close to the wonderful lakeside town of Gardone Riviera. A private pool and stunning views over Lake Garda make for a truly memorable stay in one of Lake Garda’s most sought after areas.

Located just a few minutes from the famous Il Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera, Villa Arche sits in 5000 m2 of parkland and enjoys fabulous lake views and complete privacy and tranquility. This stunning home is spread over three levels and accommodates 8 guests across four bedroom suites.

Large, wide glass doors and windows flood the villa with light and draw in the stunning views from across the lake. The ground floor is the heart of the home and hosts a spacious lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area opens on to the wonderful terrace overlooking the lake, complete with lounge area and heated ceiling lamp, perfect for cooler spring and autumn evenings.

Step from the terrace directly to the villa’s own private pool and enjoy the vast greenery surrounding the home and which is part of the national park, Parco dell’Alto Garda Bresciano.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor of the villa with the remaining bedrooms up on the first floor and all of which offer more views of the lake.

Head up to the second floor and possibily the highlight of this home. The space, filled with light thanks to floor to ceiling windows, is the relax and chillout lounge. It has a small kitchen complete with a bar area, making it the perfect spot to rustle up a morning coffee – head out to the terrace, sit back and soak up stunning views over the lake and nearby Gardone Riviera.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 4 bright and spacious rooms. On the ground floor, one double bedroom with private bathroom. This room looks over the pool and lake and has direct access to the garden.

On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another two double rooms. These two rooms share the spacious family bathroom.

There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor, with toilet and the other bathrooms all have a spacious shower.

Three of the double bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth a slightly smaller, French bed.

Kitchen

On the ground floor there is a modern, spacious kitchen, fully equipped and includes dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.

Outside, enjoy al-fresco dining thanks to the gas barbecue. The outdoor dining area is connected to the kitchen and offers more lake views.

Swimming Pool

The private pool offers a lake view and measures 12m x 4m.

Daily breakfast service and housekeeping service are available on request.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and offers WIFI access.

There is a laundry room in this home and has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. The bedrooms all have hairdryers.

Location

Villa Arche is located in the hills just above the Gardone Riviera and near to the famous Vittoriale degli Italiani. Upper Gardone, with its quaint restaurants and cafes is around 5 minutes walk away.

Head down the hill to the wonderful lakeside town and experience Gardone Riviera’s excellent selection of restaurants, cafes and small shops. It’s around 1km or 15 minutes walk – just note it’s up hill on the way back.

We suggest having a vehicle here to make the most of this wonderful area but the village and lake are within walking distance and does have a selection of restaurants and cafes.

The villa has a garage for two vehicles and parking spaces within the property grounds.

Villa Arche is just under a 1 hour drive from both Milan Bergamo and Verona airports and is an easy destination to get to. The port in Gardone Riviera offers good access to the lake ferries, offering an alternative way to explore Lake Garda.
