The stunning Villa Aureggio sits at the top of Bellaggio peninsula, with beautiful views overlooking Lake Como. This chic villa combines sleek contemporary decor with exposed timber ceilings and its bright spaces make it a wonderful choice for stay in one of Italy’s most sought-after regions.
The villa sleeps 10 guests over 5 bedrooms and is spread over two floors. The ground floor is a spacious and bright open-plan living space with a dining area and large, well-equipped kitchen. Step through the wide glass doors on to the covered terrace, perfect for al- resco dining, and into the garden.
The ground floor is also host to two bedrooms – one double and one twin, that can be made into a double on request. There are two bathrooms here and both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. The remaining three bedrooms are all upstairs – two double bedrooms and one twin. The highlight of this luxury home has to be the bedroom with direct access to the terrace and possibly one of the villa’s best views. There are also two full bathrooms upstairs one of which has a wonderfully unique lakeview bathtub.
To really make the most of this Italian villa, step outside to the gardens. Play foosball on the patio, splash in the pool, relax in the jacuzzi or just soak up the views – whichever you choose, Villa Aureggio has it all.

Villa Aureggio is located in the quiet residential area of Aureggio, in the famous town of Bellagio on Lake Como. With stunning views over the lake, guests can also enjoy views over the surrounding hills and Rockefeller’s world-renowned Villa Serbellini.
The town of Bellagio is famous the world over and is known locally as “the Pearl of the Lake”. It’s just a short walk away from the villa and is full of traditional “trattorie”, ice-cream shops, cafes and more
Exploring the lake and this stunning area from your villa could not be easier! If you’re looking to head further afield, you can be in Lecco in just 35 minutes or in Como in just an hour, with Milan, Bergamo and Lugano (Switzerland) within an easy 90 minutes drive.
A private driveway takes you directly from the main road into the villa grounds and there is a garage with space for up to 4 cars.

The house is well situated (prepare for the walk up the hill! Great for the calves!) with a gorgeous view. The pool was a godsend on the hot July days. There are instructions for every kitchen appliance, which was very helpful as we cooked a lot. Air conditioning is good and strong in every room.
Martina also helped us get transport to the train station at the end of our stay. She was always very quick to respond and very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

This home has some of the most beautiful views of anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The grounds were tranquil and beautiful. Martina was a very gracious and responsive host. Everything from booking to checkout was simple and seamless. The house was very clean and had many of the things you would expect from a house at this price point.
The only downsides I can think of were the very slow and spotty Wi-Fi, the couch was very nice visually but so uncomfortable to sit on and then the showers were very slippery so we had to be pretty careful not to fall.
Would definitely recommend this home – we were 7 adults and had plenty of space! -
Incredible! Spotless accommodations in the prettiest location! Host was terrific and it was easy to get to town which is down hill. A little harder on the way up the hill after all the wine and pasta! The pictures online will never do justice to how incredibly beautiful this property is. Communication was great and lots of good info about the area was included at the house. If you’re wondering if you should rent this….YES is the answer.
