Perched in the hills above Gardone Riviera, Villa Bianca is an exceptional private retreat set within the renowned and exclusive Eden Reserve. With sweeping panoramic views across Lake Garda, the villa offers a striking contemporary take on Mediterranean living, defined by clean architectural lines, large windows, and a calm, minimalist feel.

Designed to celebrate light, space and landscape, wide floor-to-ceiling windows draw the outside in, filling the interiors with natural brightness and opening onto generous lake-view terraces.

Arranged over three levels, the villa accommodates up to eight guests across four elegant bedroom suites. The main living floor hosts a spacious lounge centred around a refined fireplace, flowing into a dining area with open-plan kitchen, ideal for relaxed evenings or private chef experiences. A secondary service kitchen and laundry area are discreetly positioned behind, allowing the living spaces to remain calm and uncluttered.

The upper level features a bright study area alongside a master suite and two further double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and panoramic lake views. On the lower level, a welcoming entrance leads to an additional guest bedroom with private bathroom, as well as a sauna and relaxation space that opens directly onto the heated pool terrace.

Outdoors, clean architectural terraces frame the villa’s heated swimming pool, positioned to capture uninterrupted views across the lake. The setting is peaceful and private, yet just moments from the characterful streets and lakeside promenade of Gardone Riviera.

Good to Know

The villa is equipped with an underfloor cooling system together with a dehumidification system. While this is not traditional air conditioning, it helps maintain a comfortable indoor climate, typically keeping the interior around 5–10°C cooler than the outside temperature.

Portable air-conditioning units can be arranged for the bedrooms on request.

A private sauna and wellness area are located on the lower level of the villa.

The villa is located within the exclusive Eden Reserve, and guests have access to selected resort facilities, including the restaurant and lounge bar.

A lift connects all floors of the villa, providing easy access throughout.

A dedicated laundry area is available on the main floor.

There is a private underground garage with space for up to four cars.

Location

Villa Bianca sits within the exclusive Eden Reserve, a private enclave of architect-designed villas on the western shore of Lake Garda.

Positioned in the hills above Gardone Riviera and close to the historic Vittoriale degli Italiani, the setting offers a wonderful balance of privacy and proximity. Upper Gardone, with its charming cafés and local restaurants, is approximately a 15 minute walk away.

Down by the lake, Gardone Riviera offers a lovely selection of restaurants, small shops, and a relaxed lakeside promenade – just over 1km from the villa, around a 20-minute walk downhill.

We do recommend having a vehicle during your stay, although the villa is not means remote. A private underground garage is available with space for up to four cars.

Villa Bianca is approximately a one-hour drive from both Verona and Milan Bergamo airports.
