Villa Botanico is wonderful addition to our selection of private villas on Lake Garda and has been completely renovated. The villa retains some of it’s antique flavour but has been modernly designed and customised, making it a perfect choice for a wonderful stay with family in the Italian Lakes.
Villa Botanico is also just a 5 minutes walk from the pretty lakeside town of Gardone, offering a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops lining the promenade. Fancy exploring further afield? Hop on any one of the ferries that leave the port to head all over Lake Garda.
With its own spacious garden, the villa has a comfortable outdoor dining area, complete with barbecue – perfect for summer dining al-fresco. The garden opens onto the large, private swimming pool furnished with loungers and parasols – an excellent spot to while away lazy summer afternoons!

4 spacious bedrooms on the first floor (three double bedrooms with balconies and a twin room with bunk bed). 3 bathroom in total – two bathroom upstairs (one with shower and the other with bath) and a third service bathroom on the ground floor.
Good to Know
The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all modern appliances including oven and coffee machine and the bright and large living area overlooks the garden and swimming pool.
There is Air Conditioning in 3 bedrooms on the first floor as well as the lounge and WIFI is included.

Location
The villa is within the boundary wall of the famous botanical gardens and is just a 5 minute walk to the lakeside town of Gardone Riviera. There is a great choice of restaurants and bars and the lakeside promenade is also home to the port where you can catch a ferry to explore this wonderful region.
Although not essential, a vehicle is highly recommended at this property and there is parking inside the gates of the property for 2/3 cars.
This villa is about a 1 hour drive to Milan Bergamo Airport and to Verona Airport. We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, we absolutely loved the decor, and everything was spotless. The location next to the botanical garden is unbeatable, it’s very peaceful, but also a very short walk from both uptown “Gardone Sopra” and downtown “Gardone Sotto”. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, gelaterie and the lake are all within a few minutes walk. The host was lovely and extremely responsive

We had a great week. The rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning contemporary art. The sitting room, kitchen, dining too , outside eating area was very relaxing and so well stocked for a relaxing stay. Great bookings of restaurants for us at a moments notice by Novella, Fab bakery and deli all 5 min walk up the hill, picture perfect squares, gorgeous views of Lake Garda The construction work next door was quite instrusive mon-Fri, and we were surprised not to have been warned about this. The shower was difficult to use in the double bedroom as there is nowhere to attach it to the wall and stand under it. The other shower has a very slippy shower tray. We had an issue with the gate malfunctioning but this was sorted out quickly as was the water temperature (thank you). Driving through the gate is quite tricky at the angle and narrowness of the street, a small car would make this easier

The property is really well located and easy to get to all local services, restaurants & supermarkets on foot. Its decorated in a characterful way with comfy beds and a lovely pool. We were really happy with the communication with the property managers- we had a problem and they were immediately on it so we did not have to worry. Exactly what you want when on holiday
