Nestled in the hills above Gardone Riviera, Villa Ca d’Oro is an extraordinary luxury villa dominated by awe-inspiring views of Lake Garda below. Wonderful architecture, luxurious interiors and superb privacy make for a truly unforgettable stay in one of Lake Garda’s most prestigious areas.

A modern open space concept, the villa has been carefully designed to showcase the very best lake views from every window. This stunning, spacious home is spread over three levels and accommodates up to 10 guests accross four bedroom suites.

Spectacular floor to ceiling windows flood the home with light and can be opened completely to bring those stunning views of the lake below right into the villa. These fantastic windows create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas bringing a truly unique atmosphere.

The ground floor is host to a spacious open-plan living space with lounge, dining area and a fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen. There is a TV room too and the living area opens directly on to the wraparound terrace, complete with lounge area and private swimming pool.

The top level of the villa is the main entrance to the home and also boasts a spectacular master suite with an incredible view over Gardone and the lake below. This master suite is complete with a private terrace, fireplace as well as a dressing room and ensuite bathroom with double shower.

The lower level of Villa Ca D’Oro is home to the other three bedrooms, each one a double ensuite and more views of the lake.

The main living space opens on to a wonderful terrace with lounge and dining area as well as an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and pizza oven. The infinity pool features more stunning lake views and is furnished with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. For cooler days, the villa also has a sauna.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Four double ensuite bedrooms for 8 guests. The TV room has a sofa bed offering additional sleeping space for 1 or 2 guests. There are four ensuite bathrooms with an additional guest toilet in the living space. There is also a bathroom outdoors near to the pool.

Kitchen

The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with Bora professional hob, double fridge, drinks fridge, wine cooler and coffee machine.

Swimming Pool

The infinity pool can be heated and measures 20m x 3.5m. The pool terrace also has lounge and dining areas.

Good to know

The swimming pool is heated* and there is an outdoor shower too.

Inside, there is an integrated sound system throughout the villa and the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The TV room and fifth bedroom has a sofa bed. This has a sliding door and can be closed, for privacy.

The outdoor dining area has terrace heating for cooler months and there is an elevator from the entrance hall down to the living area.

There is a charging station in the garage for electric vehicles.

This home also has a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and ironing station.

Location

Villa Ca d’oro is located in the hills just above the famous Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera. Upper Gardone, with its quaint restaurants and cafes is about 2km away. Head down the hill to this wonderful lakeside town and experience Gardone Riviera’s excellent selection of restaurants, cafes and small shops.

A vehicle is needed for stays here and the villa has garage space for 1 car and an additional 3 or 4 outdoor parking spaces.
