Tucked within 9,000m2 of landscaped grounds, Villa Caprino is set over three floors and accommodates up to 14 guests across seven bedroom suites.

The heart of the villa is the ground floor and the villa’s main entrance – a glass fronted addition, connecting the two renovated buildings of this grand villa. The fully equipped kitchen leads to the dining room which comfortably seats 14 guests for sharing home-cooked or chef prepared meals together. Two living areas provide plenty of space, with one area dedicated to entertainment and a second, more formal lounge ideal for relaxation. The ground floor also has one double bedroom and is well located for guests with reduced mobility needs.

French doors open onto a covered terrace and patio, complete with outdoor dining area, comfortable seating and a barbecue — perfect for alfresco lunches and sunset dinners.

The first floor hosts three elegant bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. Designed in calming neutral tones, these rooms look over the villa’s landscaped gardens.

The second and uppermost floor is home to the remaining three bedrooms.

Outside, Villa Caprino’s grounds have been carefully designed and feature relaxation areas and a wonderful private swimming pool. Next to the pool is another covered dining area, ideal for poolside lunches.

2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom. One bedroom is connected to a smaller, separate living area with direct access to outside, perfect for guests who would like their own private space.

1 double bedroom with small living room and ensuite bathroom.

2 twin rooms, each with private bathroom.

Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is a service bathroom on the ground floor.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a fully equipped space and is complete with all appliances including oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine.

Swimming Pool

The private swimming pool measures 20 m x 10 m and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The depth of the pool varies with a maximum depth of 2m.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

There are laundry facilities at the villa with washing machine and dryer.

The villa features WIFI throughout.

Please note that this home does not accept groups of persons under the age of 25.

Location

Villa Caprino Estate is nestled in the Lake Garda countryside and is 10km (15 minutes) from the major lakeside town of Garda. Bardolino is 14km (around 20 minutes) from the villa. The town of Caprino Veronese is just under 3km away (5 minutes drive) and offers a range of restaurants, shops and supermarket.

A vehicle is essential for stays at this villa and thanks to it’s location, Villa Caprino Estate offers privacy, vineyards and mountains on your doorstep.

Garda has a great selection of restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, and supermarkets, and it has a wonderful, lakefront promenade. The town also has a well-connected ferry port. Head to nearby Torri del Benaco, where there is the car ferry to Toscolano Maderno. This service offers a convenient and quick way to travel to the western coast of Lake Garda.

The villa is about 30 minutes driver from Verona Airport and around 1 hour 20 minutes drive from Milan Bergamo Airport.
