This is the capital of the lake and is on the South East shore of Lake Garda, a 10 minute drive north of Bardolino and Lazise

Garda has a pleasant bay area and lakeside promenade which is where the heart of the town lies with a number of hotels, ice cream parlours, shops, and cafes. Garda also has a lovely lakeside walk which enables you to stroll alongside the lake all the way to Bardolino, Lazise or for the more adventurous, Peschiera del Garda.
