Villa Cipressi is a stunning family villa in a superb location close to the lake and popular town of Gardone Riviera. An historic villa, designed with wonderful 1930s Italian elegance, this home was once frequented by the famour poet Gabriele d’Annunzio.

Just 300 metres from the lake and less than 2km from the centre of Gardone Riviera, this wonderful home offers space for 14 guests and is perfectly positioned on the south west coast of Lake Garda.

Nestled in just over half an acre of private gardens facing Lake Garda, Villa Cipressi is spread over three levels and has five bedrooms. The main living space is on the ground floor and is host to the living and dining areas and kitchen.

Head up stairs to the first floor to four bedrooms, three of which are complete with beautiful lake view terraces. The second and top floor is dedicated to a family suite with stunning views from the private terrace.

Step from the downstairs living space out on to the villa gardens and enjoy more stunning views from the private pool. There’s an outdoor dining space here too, perfect for al-fresco meals at sunset.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

3 double rooms, 1 triple room and 1 single room.

The first floor is home to four bedrooms: the master room, a double with ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe as well as a lake view; a spacious single room; a double room with garden view and a triple room. This has three single beds, two of which can be configured as a double bed. This room also has a lake view.

The top floor has a family suite with double bed, two sofa beds and a private bathroom. The sofa beds can be used as a single or double, making this room perfect for families.

Villa Cipressi has four bathrooms including a guest bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there is an en-suite in the master room and a family bathroom. The family suite on the top floor has the fourth bathroom.

Good to know

The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms with the exception of the single room.

WIFI is provided and there is a laundry area with washing machine. The bathrooms are complete with hair dryers.

Location

Villa Cipressi sits just 300 metres from the lake in one of this areas most sought after locations. The lakeside promenade and centre of Gardone Riviera is less than 2km away (around 20 minutes walk) and has a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as shops and the ferry port.

The popular town of Salò is less than 10 minutes drive away, making Villa Cipressi a great spot to explore this wonderful area of Lake Garda. Milan, Verona and Venice are also easily reachable from here – both the main motorway and Desenzano train station (one of only two on Lake Garda) are around 30 minutes drive away.

The villa has a large garage for two cars as well as private parking on the property for up to three or four additional cars.
