Overview

Villa Clara is a stunning luxury villa located in a private and exclusive residential area of Gardone Riviera. Nestled in the hills above Lake Garda, the villa has a private pool as well as breathtaking lake views and is an ideal base for a stay in the Italian Lakes.

The villa is built on two levels and its wonderfully modern interiors are filled with light, thanks to the large full length windows that let the lake views stream into each room.

The ground floor is home to the main living space and the kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped with everything you need to entertain including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Large windows look out over the garden and lake below.

The villa sleeps up to 10 people over 5 bedrooms. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, all with large doors opening onto the balcony and all have wonderful lake views. The 5th bedroom is downstairs, on the ground floor. This is a double room with private bathroom and has direct access to the garden.

Outside, the villa has a beautifully kept, large private garden (complete with olive trees) with a patio and barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining. The patio is covered by a modern pergola making it great through all the seasons.

The infinity pool is the real gem here. Sit back and relax poolside with a spritz, play games with the kids or cool off in the whirlpool – the pool has plenty of sunloungers and stunning views over the lake below.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 5 double bedrooms, 3 with king size beds and 2 with double beds. On the ground floor, there is one double room with ensuite bathroom. The first floor has four bedrooms, sharing two family bathrooms.

There are 4 bathrooms in the villa; 2 family bathrooms upstairs, 1 ensuite bathroom downstairs and a toilet and shower in the laundry room. All bathrooms have showers and each is equipped with a hair dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Swimming Pool

The private pool is 12 m x 6 m and is complete with whirlpool and 180 degree views over Lake Garda.

Good to Know

The villa has air conditioning in the common areas, downstairs bedroom and 2 of the upstairs bedrooms.

The two central bedrooms upstairs have fans although there is air conditioning in the corridor, sufficient to keep the bedrooms cool.

The villa has WIFI throughout as well as laundry facilities.

Location

Villa Clara is a stunning villa located in a private and exclusive residential area of Gardone Riviera.

Near to the famous Vittoriale di Gabriele d’Annunzio, the villa is close to upper Gardone Riviera with its quaint restaurants and cafes (about 1km or 15/20 minutes walk). Around 1.5km further down the hill is the lakeside town centre together with beaches and promenade. Gardone Riviera has a great selection of restaurants, cafes and small shops and it has its own port where you can catch a ferry to visit a great selection of towns around Lake Garda.

The villa is close to upper Gardone Riviera and not remote. However a car is needed for stays at this villa. There is parking for up to 4 cars, within the grounds and villa security gates.
