A quintessential Italian home, with plenty of space for the whole group to relax, Villa Fiordisole is a beautiful historic villa typical of this area. The villa has stunning lake views and is just a few hundred meters from the beaches and services of Barbarano, Salò.
The villa was recently renovated with new interiors that combine traditional Italian style with new modern convenience. The villa is surrounded by a large terraced private park overlooking the lake, ideal for privacy and yet still close to the vibrant local towns and lake.
Accommodating up to 15 guests over 7 bedrooms, Villa Fiordisole is spread over three levels. On the ground floor there is the entrance to this grand villas as well as a play room, a reading room, studio and a guest bathroom. On the first floor there is a large new, well-equipped kitchen, a bright and panoramic living room as well as a dining room overlooking the lake. The first floor also hosts the spacious master bedroom with a lake view terrace.
Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms and 3 new bathrooms. All rooms are furnished tastefully with a mixture of beautifully selected antiques combined with new modern comfort.
New for 2025 (Easter), the villa will boast a wonderful outdoor area and terrace complete with outdoor kitchen, dining area and barbecue, perfect for summer evenings. The space will also feature a new swimming pool, making this an ideal villa for families holidaying together.
The Facts
Bedrooms
There is a total of 7 bedrooms: on the first floor there is the spacious master double bedroom complete with 2 single poufs that can be converted to beds. This room has an en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake.
On the upper floor there are 6 bedrooms in two different areas: the first part has 2 spacious double bedrooms with lake views with one of the rooms boasting a balcony. The upper attic area hosts the last 4 bedrooms including a single room, 2 twin rooms (one of which can convert to a double), and a double room. All the rooms are air conditioned and have lake views.
Bathrooms
6 bathrooms (4 complete and two service rooms with toilet only). There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and there are 3 bathrooms on the second floor with shower and one with bathtub.
Kitchen
New kitchen with all major and minor appliances, including American (side by side) fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
Living Area
Large sitting area surrounded by panoramic windows and sofas for eight to ten people. Fine finishes and antique chandeliers as well as a balcony. There is an antique stone fireplace with sitting and reading area.
The ground floor also has another study / reading room as well as a games room.
Outdoors
The villa boasts a 6000 sqm terraced garden with stunning views over the lake. The new terrace to the side of the villa villa overlooks the lake and is complete with table for 15, outdoor kitchen area and barbecue.
The swimming pool is new for 2025 and will be 6m x 3m with a depth of 1.20m and complete with sun loungers.
Good to Know
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, in the dining room and in the games room.
The villa has WIFI throughout as well as laundry facilities. Hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms.

Location
Villa Fiordisole is in Barbarano di Salò and is just a few minutes walk to the lake, as well as bars, restaurants and other useful amenities. You are also a short walk away from Rimbalzello Village, a beachfront center with restaurant, tennis courts, swimming pool and beach.
The start of the lakeside promenade of Gardone Riviera is around 500m away where you’ll find a good selection of restaurants and lakeside cafes as well as the ferry port. Ferries leave regularly during the summer months and offer a great way to explore Lake Garda.
A vehicle isn’t essential for stays here but it is recommended. There is ample parking, inside the property security gates, for up to 5 cars.

The villa was everything we envisioned and more. This was a celebration vacation for our 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends. There were 10 of us including our 2 1/2,year old grandson. The accommodations were perfect for all of us. Everyone selected their bedrooms and even the attic area had views of the lake. The living area was large and comfortable with amazing views of the lake.The kitchen was very easy to cook in and very well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. The dining area was great for family meals.The outdoor balconies were wonderful for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.My grandson loved the fussball machine and the adults were happy with the washer and dryer!!The villa is very spacious and everyone had their own areas to escape to. The location was perfect with a small grocery store and P the street. A car is a must but lots of beautiful little towns around the lake as well as a train station about 30-40 minutes away.

We stayed at Villa FiordiSole in Salò, Lake Garda, for a friend’s 30th birthday celebration with a group of 14, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! The villa itself is stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and with breathtaking views of Lake Garda. The amenities were fantastic, and the entire group had an amazing time, whether relaxing by the pool or exploring the local area. A special mention goes to our concierge and manager, Novella Battani, whose response time was incredibly fast! We were so impressed by how attentive she was throughout our stay, making sure everything was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a perfect villa for a special occasion, I would highly recommend Villa FiordiSole. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our celebration! The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t as strong in some parts of the villa. It would have been helpful to have a stronger connection throughout the entire space, especially for a group this size. However, this didn’t detract from the overall incredible experience.

Great week at Villa Fiordisole. We were a party of three families including four children and had an excellent time. The accommodation was spacious and clean and everything we needed was there. The included sun loungers at the beach club were an excellent addition.

The villa is big and well located. Good space for dining. The ground floor had a bad musty smell, that got worse everytime it rained. The WIFI was very lousy and only worked on 1st floor. You should mention the steep climbing up to the villa in the text on Internet, if you are mobility impaired you can not stay there.

Stunning house in stunning location. We were a group of 10 friends and 2 children.
I would also recommend M&M catering. The arrival meal of vege lasagna was very welcome plus the most amazing 4 course lunch for my husbands birthday! The preordered Prosecco was in the fridge and perfectly chilled for our arrival.
Plenty of room in the house, although the kitchen is quite small compared to the rest of the space. We we fortunate enough to have good weather so made use of the bbq and M&M home banqueting.
The house is situated up high so there are beautiful views of Garda and surrounding mountains.
