Discover the stunning Villa Giacometti, an elegant, luxury retreat in the heart of Lake Garda. Sitting directly on the lake, this refined, historical villa is nestled on Lake Garda’s eastern shore at the northern end of Baia delle Sirene, near Garda. Next to Punta San Vigilio, the villa stands in one of the most famous and admired locations on Lake Garda.

Its unique location offers direct access to the lake and unparalleled tranquility. Built in the early 20th century, Villa Giacometti is steeped in history and meticulous restoration has transformed the villa into a high-quality, contemporary home.

Spread over four floors, this luxury villa accommodates 16 guests over 9 spacious bedrooms. The ground floor is home to the wonderful entrance hall which leads to the living areas with living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, complete with fireplace. One of the most important areas of the villa is the lakefront terrace, the perfect spot for evening aperitivi and sunset dinners.

Private chef experiences are available at this villa and meals can be paired with fine wines from the villa’s own wine cellar.

The bedrooms are spread over the two upper floors, with four bedrooms on the first floor, each with views over the lake. The upper most floor has the remaining four bedrooms. 

The lowermost floor of the villa is dedicated to the wellness and entertainment area and is complete with a wide range of facilities. There is a wonderful wellness oasis with indoor pool, steam bath, whirlpool and sauna as well as a well-equipped gym. Guests can also enjoy the games room with billiards table and a cinema room for cosy nights in.

Outdoors, the villa boasts spacious, furnished terraces and an outdoor dining table seating up to 16 guests. The large first floor terrace overlooks the bay, Baia delle Sirene and is perfect for hosting events.

The grounds of the villa include a large outdoor swimming pool, which can be heated on request. The villa gardens lead down to a private beach with a jetty and boat mooring. Private boat charters can be organised on request.

Location

Villa Giacometti sits on the eastern coast of Lake Garda, overlooking the popular Baia delle Sirene and is just over 3km from the lakeside towns of Garda and Torri del Benaco.

Adjacent to the villa grounds is the lakeside park, also known as Baia delle Sirene. Popular with locals, this park offers a private beach, children’s playground and picnic areas in the surrounding forest. The park also offers food and drink and is popular at sunset, although this can be enjoyed directly from the villa’s lake view terraces.

Nearby Garda has a great selection of restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, and supermarkets, and it has a wonderful, lakefront promenade. The town also has a well-connected ferry port. Head to nearby Torri del Benaco, where there is the car ferry to Toscolano Maderno. This service offers a convenient and quick way to travel to the western coast of Lake Garda.

A vehicle is needed for stays at this villa and it is around 40 minutes drive from Verona Airport and 90 minutes drive from Milan Bergamo Airport.
