This beautiful home has been designed for up to 8 guests and offers 4 bedroom suites between two areas of the home. The heart of this lake view home is the main house and features a spacious living area, elegant lake-view dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two master bedroom suites, each complete with private marble bathroom.

The garden suite has a separate entrance directly from the terrace, offering another private space, making this home excellent for families and groups travelling together. The garden suite has two double bedrooms and a master bathroom.

Designed to blend indoor and outdoor living, nearly every room in the villa has direct access to the outdoor spaces. Villa Giardino Segreto boasts a wide, stunning terrace offering stylish lounge corners, elegant seating areas and sunloungers with lake views. A grand marble staircase leads directly to the beautiful, private infinity pool.

In the main house, there are 2 luxurious master suites with en-suite bathroom and walk-in dressing room.

In the garden suite, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom. This is accessed from the master bedroom as well as the terrace and shares the en-suite bathroom. As access to the shared bathroom from the second bedroom is through the master bedroom, the garden suite may be best suited to a family.

Swimming Pool

The private infinity pool measures 10m x 5m and boasts a panoramic sun terrace.

Good to Know

For the active guest, the estate also features a volleyball court.

The gardens are expanse and terraced, making for wonderful strolls and even yoga at sunset.

There is a barbecue area on the terrace.

The villa is air conditioned in the main living area and kitchen and each of the bedrooms.

There is WIFI throughout as well as laundry facilities.

Location

Villa Giardino Segreto is nestled within a private 30,000 sqm estate 300 meteres above Lake Garda. Located within the natural park, Parco Alto Garda Bresciano, the villa offers spectacular lake views as well as complete privacy and seclusion. Despite its location, the villa is only around a 10 minute drive to the charming lakeside town of Toscolano Maderno.

Toscolano has a great selection of restaurants, pizzerie, cafes and supermarkets and it has a wonderful, lakefront promenade. The town has a well-connected ferry port and offers both passenger ferries around Lake Garda as well as the car ferry to Torri del Benaco. This service offers a convenient and quick way to travel to the eastern coast of Lake Garda.

Please note a vehicle is essential at this villa and there is parking within the property. There is a steady climb to reach the villa and some of the road is narrow. It is well surfaced.

Villa Giardino Segreto is just under a 90 minute drive from the main airports of Milan Bergamo and Verona.
