Villa Giulia is a meticulously renovated luxury Lake Garda villa with a private pool, hidden among olive trees and lush Mediterranean greenery in the exclusive San Giacomo area of Gargnano. Villa Giulia is a private retreat, ideal for families and friends seeking peace, privacy, and stunning lake views.

Every detail merges high-quality materials, custom furnishings, and warm, natural tones with bold touches of art and vintage Lake Garda illustrations. Enjoy the art of outdoor living on the villa’s vast terrace, which opens towards the lake, while the expansive grounds also boast a large pool overlooking Lake Garda.

Villa Giulia accommodates 6 guests across three bedroom suites and is spread over 3 levels. The main level is the heart of the villa and the spacious living area is filled with natural light from wide windows and features a beautifully restored original fireplace. The open-plan layout connects seamlessly to a modern kitchen and dining area and outside, enjoy wide terraces, perfect for al-fresco dining and relaxed gatherings overlooking the gardens and lake.

The mezzanine level features two bedrooms: a master suite with an en-suite bathroom complete with both shower and bathtub, and a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. On the lower level, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the lower level, with direct access from the garden, the villa offers a dedicated wellness and relaxation area complete with a sauna and a jacuzzi shower.

Outdoors, Villa Giulia’s terraced grounds are spread over several levels, offering unobstructed views across Lake Garda and even foot access down to the water. A large, furnished terrace overlooks the lake – perfect for al-fresco dining or simply soaking in the scenery – and also features a barbecue area. The highlight is the private pool, which boasts stunning panoramic views of Lake Garda as its backdrop.

3 double bedrooms, each with illuminated glass built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms.

2 bedrooms are on the mezzanine level while the third bedroom is on the lower level. The lower-level bedroom also offers the option to add an additional bed for a child.

There are 3 en-suite bathrooms, 1 guest toilet and a full bathroom in the private wellness area.

Kitchen

The villa features an excellent SieMatic kitchen, fully equipped with premium Gaggenau appliances. Outside, a barbecue area is perfect for relaxed summer grilling.

Swimming Pool

The private swimming pool is 12m x 5m and has a maximum depth of 2.4m.

Good to Know

The villa has air conditioning, underfloor heating and decentralised ventilation in all rooms.

There is a laundry area available on the lower floor of the villa and features a washing machine and dryer.

Location

Villa Giulia is set in one of Lake Garda’s most elegant and peaceful areas, and within walking distance from Gargnano’s historic centre.

The town has a nice choice of quaint small local shops and restaurants. Though only a small village, Gargnano boasts two Michelin star restaurants: Villa Feltrinelli and la Tortuga. And for less formal nights out, there are a number of excellent restaurants and pizzerias, some right on the waterfront with lakeside tables.

Head to nearby Toscolano Maderno (around 15 minutes drive) for a larger town and selection of major supermarkets and other main services.

Verona Airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes drive away, while Milan Bergamo Airport can be reached in around 90 minutes.

A vehicle is needed for stays at Villa Giulia although the lake and centre of Gargnano are within walking distance (around 1.4km). There are four parking spaces at the villa.
