Located above Lake Garda in the hills of San Zeno di Montagna, Villa Monte sits high on the mountainside and boasts magnificent, sweeping views over the lake below.

This stunning contemporary villa has been carefully designed and with a wonderful private pool, Villa Monte features some of the very finest views of Lake Garda. The villa is spread over two levels and accommodates 6 guests over 3 double bedrooms.

Large floor to ceiling windows flood the villa with light and draw in the fabulous lake views. The first floor is the heart of this home and features a spacious dining and kitchen area. The living space opens on to the wonderful covered terrace, complete with outdoor table, perfect for al-fresco dining overlooking the lake.

The master bedroom is on this floor and is complete with ensuite bathroom with shower. This room opens on to a private outdoor terrace overlooking the surrounding parkland. The lower floor boasts the other two double bedrooms and which feature large windows and direct views over Lake Garda. The bedrooms share a large family bathroom, complete with both bath and shower. The cozy living room is also on this floor and offers more panoramic lake views.

The villa has it’s own private pool – the ultimate spot for soaking in the stunning lake views.

There are 3 bright and spacious double bedrooms. The first floor boasts the master suite with ensuite bathroom. On the lower floor are the remaining 2 double rooms. The family bathroom is also on this floor.

Kitchen

The villa has a modern, spacious kitchen, fully equipped and includes dishwasher and a wine fridge.

Swimming Pool

The private pool is integrated into the terrace and offers a wide view of the lake. The pool is approximately 3m x 8m with a depth of 1.40m.

Good to Know

The villa is air conditioned and offers WIFI access.

Villa Monte has a garage for one car and there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Please note that due to the shape of the surrounding land and the design of the outdoor spaces, this villa is not suitable for children under the age of 16.

Villa Monte is located in the hills of San Zeno di Montagna, just 10km from the lake. Thanks to its position, this home offers wonderful privacy and a spectacular lake view.

A car is essential for stays here but there are services nearby including a small supermarket. A popular restaurant and trattoria (Ristorante Taverna Kus) is close to the villa and is just a 5 minutes walk away. Nearby San Zeno (2km) has a wider selection of services or head to the lakeside town of Torri del Benaco (10km or around 20 minutes drive).
