Villa Pacengo

Sitting on the east coast of Lake Garda, close to the towns of Lazise and Peschiera, Villa Pacengo is a modern, luxury villa and is a wonderful base to explore this area of the lake. Thanks to its location, it is a perfect spot for travellers looking to be close to Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva.

The villa is set in a quiet residential area and accommodates up to 8 guests over three bedrooms. A spacious home, Villa Pacengo has been lovingly designed with a large open-plan living space with lounge, dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Step from the living area out on to the covered patio, overlooking the garden and private swimming pool. There is a barbecue area too.

The three bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor and which boasts views over the surrounding countryside and a glimpse of the lake.

Villa Pacengo has three bedrooms on the first floor – two double rooms and a twin.

One double room has an ensuite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom.

There is also a sofa bed in the living room for up to two people and a guest bathroom downstairs.

Good to know

Inside, the villa is equipped with air conditioning and there is WIFI throughout. Outside, the private pool has a hydro massage and there is a covered parking space, complete with EV charging station.

The villa also has free bikes available for use.

Please note that consumables such as soaps, kitchen condiments etc are not provided at this home.

Pets are welcome at this home.

Location

The villa is located in a quiet residential area and set back slightly from the lake. Close to both the towns of Lazise, Pacengo and Peschiera del Garda, the villa is a great base for travellers looking to explore this wonderful area. It’s ideal too for visiting Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva World, all under 5 minutes drive away.

Lazise and Peschiera del Garda are both under 10 minutes drive away as are the thermal lakes and spa at Parco Termale del Garda at Cola’.

A car is needed for stays at this home but there are a few recommended restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the villa. The lake and beach are around 20 minutes walk away and covered parking is available and enclosed within the property.

Villa Pacengo is just under 30 minutes from Verona airport and 1 hour from Milan Bergamo airport.
