Overview

Villa Pascoli is a modern lakefront home in Manerba del Garda, designed around its uninterrupted views across Lake Garda. Wide glass doors and full-height windows keep the lake present throughout the main living spaces, while the infinity pool, covered terrace and private access to the water make this a strong choice for guests who want the villa itself to be a major part of the stay.

The main living and pool level is the social heart of the house. Here you’ll find the open-plan living room, dining area and modern kitchen, all opening directly onto the covered terrace and infinity pool. The indoor dining table seats up to 10 guests, while the terrace provides additional space for relaxed outdoor meals overlooking the lake. This level is also home to one double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom, together with a guest bathroom and laundry room.

The entrance level sits above the main living floor and is the principal sleeping area. It includes the master suite, with a private sitting area, large Smart TV and en-suite shower bathroom, together with three further double bedrooms. These bedrooms are served by two additional bathrooms. The wellness area is also on this level, with a sauna, lake views and a shower with Turkish bath.

The lower level is used for parking, with garage space for two cars and an electric vehicle charging station.

Outside, the layout flows naturally from the main living spaces to the covered terrace, infinity pool and gardens. From here, guests can continue down towards the lake and the villa’s private sundeck at the water’s edge, giving Villa Pascoli a genuine front-row position on Lake Garda.

Location

Villa Pascoli is around a five-minute walk to the small port of Manerba del Garda – quiet rather than bustling, but with a cocktail bar and a popular osteria.

A 20-minute walk uphill brings you to Montinelle, a small village with a few cafés and restaurants and a summer night market. For more choice, you can explore nearby Porto Torchio (around 2.5km), Moniga del Garda (around 3.5km) or San Felice del Benaco (around 6km).

A vehicle is strongly recommended here to make the most of the area. The villa has a garage for two cars and an electric vehicle charging station.

Both Verona and Milan Bergamo airports are just under an hour from the villa.

Good to know

The villa is arranged over 3 levels. There is an elevator within the property, although we are confirming exactly which levels it serves.

Access is via a private road to the villa gates. The driveway is steep, so guests travelling in low-clearance vehicles should take particular care.

The villa does not accept groups where all guests are under the age of 25.

The wellness area includes a sauna and Turkish bath.

There is garage parking for 2 cars, together with an electric vehicle charging station.

Heating during cooler months is excluded and charged separately if required.
