Discover Villa Pascoli, an exclusive lakefront villa overlooking Lake Garda. Sitting close to the small port in Manerba del Garda, this home has a large private swimming pool, direct private access to the lake and beautiful lake views.

Lovingly designed, Villa Pascoli is a modern, contemporary home filled with bright, airy spaces and designer furnishings. Large, wide glass doors and windows flood the villa with light and draw in the stunning views from across the lake. Spread over two levels, this home accommodates 10 guests over 5 double bedrooms.

The heart of the villa is the ground floor, accessible from the upper floor by either the internal staircase or elevator. This space is home to the spacious lounge, dining area and wonderful kitchen. This area opens on to the wonderful lake view terrace and infinity pool. The kitchen would make any chef proud and there’s plenty of space to dine inside or out.

The upper floor of the villa is the entrance floor and boasts four of the villa’s double bedrooms as well as the wellness area, complete with sauna and Turkish bath. This floor also offers another wonderful terrace with more stunning views of Lake Garda.

Offering a wonderful mix of indoor and outdoor living, Villa Pascoli hosts a superb private infinity pool, with views of the garden and lake. Enjoy morning coffee, evening aperitivo…or both in the poolside lounge or step down to the gardens and enjoy the sundeck at the water’s edge.

The villa is equipped with home automation and thanks to iPads around the villa, guests can manage the villa’s central air conditioning and lighting systems.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 5 luxurious double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The upper, entrance floor is home to the master suite with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and boasts wonderful lake views. Three double bedrooms are also on this floor and share two bathrooms; one with shower and one with bath.

The fifth double room has an ensuite bathroom with shower and is down on the ground floor.

The wellness area has a bathroom with shower and tub.

Kitchen

The villa has a modern, spacious kitchen, fully equipped and includes dishwasher and a wine fridge.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and offers WIFI access.

Access to the villa is via a private road that leads to the gates of the home.

The villa has an elevator offering access to both floors of the home as well as the rooftop.

There is a laundry room in this home and has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Location

Villa Pascoli is just a 5 minute walk to the quaint, small port of Manerba del Garda. Although not bustling, there is a small cocktail bar and popular osteria (restaurant).

A 20 minute walk up the hill brings you to Montinelle, a small village popular for its summer night market. There’s a few restaurants and cafes here too or explore nearby Porto Torchio (2.5km), Moniga del Garda (3.5km) or San Felice del Benaco (6km) for some other authentic, local options.

Villa Pascoli is just under a 1 hour drive from both Milan Bergamo and Verona airports and is an easy destination to get to. The nearby ports of Moniga and Portese offer good access to the lake ferries, offering an alternative way to explore Lake Garda.
