Located close to the town of Toscolano Maderno, Villa Puro is a perfect blend of stunning natural beauty and luxury modern design. Sitting in a 5 acre private park, the villa is in a prime location overlooking Lake Garda and offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains beyond.

Recently rebuilt, Villa Puro is a completely new restoration of an old traditional farmhouse and uses a stunning fusion of Italian, contemporary design with natural materials including local marble and wood. With a modern open space concept, the villa has been carefully designed to showcase the very best lake views from every angle: from the private pool, olive grove and gardens to the dinning area, living space and porticos.

Designed as a minimalist open-space, both clean and pure as well as warm and comfortable, Villa Puro is divided into three living units and accommodates 10 guests over 5 double bedrooms.

The main villa has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The master room is en-suite, while the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom. Downstairs is a large open space living area, formal dining area, comfortable lounge area as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Immediately beside the main villa is the annex villa, itself divided into two independent apartments. Each apartment has a comfortable living space with lounge and kitchenette and is complete with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

Step outside the main villa to a wonderful covered portico with lake view, dining area and open fire barbecue. There is a shaded lounge area here too. For something a little different, the villa has a dining and relax area in the olive grove, which dates back to the 17th century. Designed in a tiered style typical of Lake Garda, the olive grove overlooks the lake and is furnished with swimming hammocks as well as an outdoor dining table, a wonderful spot to relax, read or simply sit back and soak in the views.

The private swimming pool features more stunning lake views and is furnished with comfortable sun loungers and parasols.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 5 double bedrooms – 3 luxurious double rooms with lake view in the main villa. In the annex villa there are 2 luxurious double rooms as well 2 living areas with double sofa beds.

There are 5 bathrooms and in the main villa, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom.

There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.

In the annex villa, both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

3 bedrooms also have an outside shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a spacious and fully equipped with all major appliances including espresso machine, wine fridge, juicer, dishwasher, toaster and filter coffee machine.

Outdoors

The private grounds span 20,000 square meter and are complete with olive groves, old trees, walking paths and breathtaking viewpoints.

There is also a wonderful dining area, ideal for special occasions in the olive garden as well as a hammock relax area with swinging hammocks.

Swimming Pool

The pool is private and measures 12m x 6m and can be heated on request.

Good to Know

Villa Puro has WIFI throughout the home as well as access to the usual media streaming services such as Netflix. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and there is a laundry area too.

Location

Located in a 5 acre private park in the hills above Lake Garda, Villa Puro sits close to the pretty lakeside town of Toscolano Maderno. With a good selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, Toscolano offers great access to the lake and is around 5 minutes by car. Alternatively, you can walk down the hill to the town in around 15 minutes. It is important to note that the villa is in a rural location so please be aware that the roads may not be lit at night and footpaths may not be available.

A vehicle is essential at Villa Puro and there is parking at the villa.

The closest airports are Milan Bergamo and Verona ( both just over 1 hour away) Milan Malpensa is just over 2 hours away.
