Overview

Villa Sabrina is a beautifully modern and elegant private villa in Toscolano Maderno. Centrally located, the villa is within walking distance to the lake as well as a great selection of bars and restaurants. It’s a comfortable and bright family villa, with a lovely well-kept garden and private swimming pool.

The bright and spacious villa sleeps up to 10 people over 6 bedrooms and is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor is home to an open plan living space and the kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped with everything you need to cater for a big family including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Head upstairs to the first four bedrooms. The master bedroom is an ensuite double and has a small, separate room with single child’s bed. There is another double room with balcony, a twin bedroom and a single room with balcony and ensuite bathroom.

Back on the ground floor, there is also a sitting area / study with a sofa bed, that can be converted into an additional bedroom if needed. Downstairs, on the lower ground floor, there is a small, separate apartment with double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and dining/sitting area.

Villa Sabrina has 5 bathrooms throughout; 2 ensuite upstairs as well as a family bathroom and 2 bathrooms on the lower floors.

Step outside to the well-kept garden and lovely outdoor dining area complete with barbecue – a must for summer al-fresco dining. The villa has a private pool too, perfect for games with the kids or simply to cool off during sun soaked afternoon.

Villa Sabrina has air conditioning throughout, WIFI, apple TV, and a Bose sound system – you can have your music through the whole house as well as outside by the pool!

Location

Villa Sabrina is located in a quiet residential area yet is a stone’s throw from the lakefront and beaches. It’s just a short stroll to the town centre of Toscolano Maderno where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes’.

The villa is also very close to the port where you can catch a ferry, offering a great way to visit the beautiful towns around Lake Garda.

As Villa Sabrina is in a really central location, it’s not essential to have a car here. We always recommend one though as it makes this beautiful area so much more accessible for exploring! There is on site parking for up to 3 cars if needed.
