Villa Tulipano is a brand new addition to our collection of luxury villas in Lake Maggiore. Located close to the popular towns of Stresa and Belgirate, Villa Tulipano sits high on the hilltop and boasts magnificent, sweeping views over Lake Maggiore below.
This stunning luxury villa has been loving designed and offers contemporary designs, exposed stone walls and minimalist decor. The views over the lake are nothing short of spectacular.
This stunning, spacious home accommodates 10 guests over 5 bedrooms and is spread over two floors. The layout of Villa Tulipano makes this an excellent choice for family or group holidays in this wonderful area.
The upper floor, at street level, is a bright space with an open-plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy wonderful views from the panoramic balcony and terrace. There are also three bedroom suites on this level – two double rooms with views over the lake and a twin room. There are two family bathrooms too, one with shower and one with bath.
Head downstairs to the lower floor, at garden level, to a second spacious living area with large dining table as well as a secondary kitchenette. Here there are a further double and twin room as well as a family bathroom.
Step outside to the wonderful gardens with 180 degree views over the beautiful Lake Maggiore. Spend lazy days relaxing amongst the palm trees and cool off with a dip in the private infinity pool. The covered patio is a fantastic spot for outdoor dining and summer barbecues.

Good to Know
Villa Tulipano comes complete with a laundry area on the lower floor and there is air conditioning in the upper floor living area as well as the three upper floor bedrooms.

Location
With its sweeping views over Lake Maggiore, Villa Tulipano sits in the peaceful village of Magognino, between Belgirate and the popular town of Stresa.
Stresa is just a fifteen minute drive from the villa and is one of the main resorts on Lake Maggiore. It has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants and boats run from the lakeside to the Borromean Islands, home to palazzi, traditional villas and fishing ports. The centre of Milan is just an hour away by train making it an easy day trip idea.
The beautiful city of Turin is around an hour and a half away or head to the north of the lake and visit Switzerland. Visit the famous vineyards of Piedmont or the lesser known but equally as beautiful Lake Orta or trek in the mountain valleys – the options are endless.
As car is needed for stays here and there are three garages at the villa.
This villa is around 45 minutes from Milan Malpensa airport, just over 1 hour from Milan Linate and 90 minutes from Milan Bergamo airport.

Beautiful villa for a family stay with 3 generations present. The villa is well equipped and the layout allowed for pre-teen kids to have their own space in the evenings. The gardens are fantastic, and we enjoyed the space although it was too cold during our stay for a dip in the lovely pool.

We had the pleasure of enjoying several meals with Chef Matteo which were fantastic. The food was amongst the best we had in all of Italy and the service, decor, and attention to detail were above and beyond. -
A villa with the best views you will likely ever see. Complete tranquillity and luxury inside and out. We were a party of 8 from a three-generation family. The villa was perfect for a two-week stay. Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore, just as described in the listing. The villa itself is a modern marvel, perfectly appointed with all the amenities one could wish for during a vacation. The description provided was spot on – the villa is indeed spacious and comfortable, accommodating our group of 5 with ease. The layout of the villa, with its two floors, allowed for both privacy and togetherness as needed. The upper floor\’s living room, dining area, and kitchen were beautifully designed and provided ample space for us to relax and enjoy meals together.
The bedrooms were comfortable and offered stunning views of the lake, making waking up each morning a delight. But what truly set our experience apart was the outstanding hospitality of our host, Elena. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. From providing recommendations for local activities to promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had, Elena truly made our trip unforgettable. Despite the weather not being ideal during our stay, the design of the villa allowed us to still enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.
The large windows and panoramic balcony provided stunning views even from indoors, making us feel like we were still able to soak in the natural beauty of Lake Maggiore. Although we didn\’t get to fully utilize the outdoor amenities due to the weather, we could imagine how wonderful it would be to lounge by the infinity pool or dine al fresco on the patio terrace on a sunny day. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway on Lake Maggiore

MILLION DOLLAR VIEW The Villa was wonderful. Highlights are the view and the pool. The location is extremely calm and quiet. It is up a steep hill. Definitely need a car to get up and down to Stresa and Lesa. The garage can take 3 cars and is very cleverly set up so that no need to go on a steep driveway and also the road is quiet so it’s very easy to get in and out. The Villa has recently been completely and tastefully refurbished. Beautiful design. It has everything you would need. Air conditioning only on the top floor rooms but the bottom floor is cooler. There are two large living areas (one on each level) and it would work well with two families staying (one on each level) as it even has a second simple kitchen on the lower level. The service led by Elena was superb. The communication prior to arriving was excellent and also a couple of small issues (eg internet) were dealt with extremely quickly. 6 star service. Pictures are all accurate. Looks better in real life
