Perched in the hills above Gardone Riviera, Villa Azzurra is a superb private retreat set within the renowned and exclusive Eden Reserve. With sweeping views over Lake Garda, this villa is a contemporary Mediterranean oasis and wonderful modern interpretation of the area’s classic limonaia.

Designed for effortless indoor–outdoor living, wide floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interiors with natural light and open directly onto charming terraces and a beautiful shaded pergola.

Spread over three levels, this spacious villa accommodates 8 guests over four elegant bedroom suites. On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a spacious dining room and a sleek, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for relaxed meals or evenings with a private chef. Upstairs, a bright study and library open into a welcoming living area, where a fireplace and panoramic lake views create a warm and inviting space throughout the seasons.

The lower level of the villa hosts a second living area and three bedroom suites, each featuring walk‑in wardrobes and private en‑suite bathrooms. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows along the lake‑facing façade draw the outside in, with terraces extending the living spaces outdoors.

An independent guest suite provides additional privacy, complete with its own living area, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom, and private lake-view terrace – an ideal option for families seeking flexibility or for accompanying staff.

Outdoors, stone terraces wrap around the villa, leading to a heated infinity pool overlooking the lake. The pool house offers a peaceful relaxation area with sauna and guest bathroom, as well as a small fitness space – including treadmill and exercise bike.

Good to Know

The villa is equipped with an underfloor cooling system together with a dehumidification system. While this is not traditional air conditioning, it helps maintain a comfortable indoor climate, typically keeping the interior around 5–10°C cooler than the outside temperature.

Portable air-conditioning units can be arranged for the bedrooms on request.

The villa is located within the exclusive Eden Reserve, and guests have access to selected resort facilities, including the restaurant and lounge bar.

A dedicated laundry area is available on the lower floor, complete with washing machine and dryer.

Private indoor parking is provided for up to two cars.

Location

Villa Azzurra sits within the exclusive Eden Reserve, a private enclave of architect-designed villas on the western shore of Lake Garda.

Positioned in the hills above Gardone Riviera and close to the historic Vittoriale degli Italiani, the setting offers a wonderful balance of privacy and proximity. Upper Gardone, with its charming cafés and local restaurants, is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away.

Down by the lake, Gardone Riviera offers a lovely selection of restaurants, small shops, and a relaxed lakeside promenade – just over 1km from the villa, around a 20-minute walk downhill.

We do recommend having a vehicle during your stay, although the villa is not remote. A private double garage is available within the property.

Villa Azzurra is approximately a one-hour drive from both Verona and Milan Bergamo airports.
