Overview

Villa Limonaia is a private three-bedroom villa within the Colago Estate, set in the hills above Toscolano Maderno and Bogliaco on the western side of Lake Garda.

The villa offers 160 sqm of inside living space and is surrounded by 1,500 sqm of private fenced garden.

Inside are three individually designed double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One of the suites also has a freestanding bathtub. All three bedrooms are on the lower level, and open directly onto the garden with views across Lake Garda.

The main living spaces are arranged on the upper floor. Here, a spacious open-plan kitchen leads into the dining area, while the adjoining living room has large windows framing the views across Lake Garda. A guest bathroom is also located on this level.

The living spaces open onto a large furnished terrace, giving guests an easy place to eat outside or relax together while enjoying the lake views.

Outside, the private garden surrounds the villa and includes a heated swimming pool with furnished areas for relaxing in the sun. Villa Limonaia also has its own private sauna.

Location

Villa Olivaia sits in the hills above Bogliaco and Toscolano Maderno, on the western shore of Lake Garda.

The setting is peaceful and green, surrounded by the estate’s terraced Mediterranean gardens with olive, lemon and cypress trees. From the villa there are wide views across Lake Garda and the mountains beyond, while Bogliaco Golf lies directly below the estate.

The small lakeside village of Bogliaco, part of Gargnano, is around 3 km away. Here you’ll find a small marina, beach and a small selection of places to eat and drink.

For everyday shopping and a larger choice of restaurants and services, Toscolano Maderno is the closest larger town. A large supermarket is around 4 km away, approximately a 10-minute drive, and Toscolano Maderno also has beaches and a ferry port with connections across Lake Garda.

A car is needed for stays here. The hillside setting is part of the appeal, but the surrounding towns, lakefront and everyday amenities are most easily reached by car.

For guests looking to stay without a vehicle, transfers can be arranged as well as grocery shopping and private chefs.
