Villa Quercia is a spacious private villa, sitting in the Valtenesi hills surrounding Lake Garda. An excellent holiday villa for family and friends travelling together, Villa Quercia is just a 15 minute walk from the quaint village of Soiano del Lago and a few minutes drive to the lake and town of Moniga del Garda.

Nestled in just under an acre of park and gardens, the villa has recently been renovated and combines modern facilities with traditional Italian flair, typical of homes in this exclusive residential area.

Spread over three levels, Villa Quercia accommodates up to 12 guests over 6 bedrooms. Thanks to its spacious and bright interior spaces, it is an ideal home for a larger group looking to holiday together. The main living space is the mezzanine level with bright lounge and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. These spaces open on to the porch and terrace overlooking the pool and garden where there is an outdoor dining area, plenty of seating and a barbecue too.

The mezzanine level is also host to the first double bedroom with private bathroom and views over the garden. Upstairs on the first floor are a double room and a twin room with balcony and views of the lake. The first floor also has a family bathroom with double sink and shower. The lower level of the villa boasts a double ensuite bedroom and a family room. The family room has two bedrooms, one double and one twin as well as a private bathroom.

Outside, the flat gardens make for the ideal spot to while away the days with a private swimming pool. The pool has a shallow area for children as well as a deeper part with diving board and there are plenty of sunloungers and parasols too.

First Floor

One double bedroom and a twin room.

Mezzanine Floor

One double bedroom with garden view and private bathroom.

Lower Floor

One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

One family suite with one double bedroom and one twin room, with en-suite bathroom. The family suite has a door separating the two bedrooms and the bathroom is reached through the double bedroom.

There are 5 bathrooms in total. One on the first floor with double sink and shower. Two on the mezzanine level, one of which is private to the double room and the second is a guest bathroom. Two large bathrooms on the lower level and both with shower.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with Nespresso machine and dishwasher and opens on to the outdoor terrace and garden.

Dining

The dining table is located in the living area connected to the kitchen and from here you can directly access the porch overlooking the pool and the garden. This outdoor space is equipped with a comfortable table for 12 and a modern barbecue.

Swimming Pool

The private pool with diving board measures 12m x 8m and is furnished with sun loungers and parasols. The pool has a shallow area for children and deeper water at the diving board.

The villa has air conditioning throughout as well as WIFI.

There is a laundry area with washing machine and the bathrooms are complete with hair dryers.

There is a small play area in the garden with football nets and table tennis.

Location

Villa Querica is located in an exclusive residential area in the Valtenesi hills just above Lake Garda. The small village of Soiano del Lago is around 15 minutes walk away and offers a small selection of restaurants, popular with locals. The town of Moniga del Garda is just a few minutes drive away and has a lovely selection of restaurants and shops as well as beach and ferry port.

Soiano sits between the larger and popular towns of Salò and Desenzano del Garda, both around 15 minutes away making Villa Querica a great spot to explore this wonderful area of Lake Garda. Milan, Verona and Venice are also easily reachable from here – both the main motorway and Desenzano train station (one of only two on Lake Garda) are just 15 minutes drive away. The supermarket here is just under 2km away.

The villa has a large garage and parking space inside the property gates for up to 5 cars. A vehicle is essential at this property.

Soiano del Lago is an easy destination to reach and the villa is around 30 – 40 minutes from Verona airport and 1 hour from Milan Bergamo airport.
