- The panorama is the headline, and it’s the type of view you notice morning, noon and night
- It’s set up for real outdoor living, with terraces that naturally become breakfast and barbecue territory
- You get countryside calm, but you’re still close to one of the lake’s most popular towns
Perfect for
- Families who want a comfortable villa with lake views and plenty of outdoor space
- Friends’ trips where pool days and evenings in Garda are the simple plan
- Guests who are happy with a hillside setting and don’t mind an uphill walk back from town
- A stay where you’ll explore by ferry some days and happily stay home the next

Overview
Villa Rustico sits in the hills above Garda in a peaceful position with wide views over the lake. It’s a traditional Italian home with terracotta floors and exposed beams, recently renovated, and it feels warm and easy rather than overly formal.
The villa is arranged over two floors. The ground floor is the main living level, with the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors open onto the terrace, which quickly becomes the heart of the stay for al-fresco breakfasts, pool time and long summer evenings.
Upstairs, all five bedrooms are on the first floor, each with air conditioning. One bedroom is especially good for a family, with twin beds on the lower level and a double bed on a mezzanine. Several of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, and the overall layout works very well for groups who want both togetherness and a bit of privacy.
Outside, you have an acre of gardens, an olive grove and a private pool, all framed by beautiful lake-and-hills views.
Location
Villa Rustico is on the east side of Lake Garda, close to the lively lakeside town of Garda, known for its restaurants, bars and cafés, plus good shopping and a weekly summer market.
The walk into Garda is around 15–20 minutes, but please note it’s uphill on the way back. For guests with walking difficulties, we recommend relying on a vehicle for evenings out.
Garda has a ferry port, and ferries are one of the simplest ways to explore more of the lake without driving. If you’re planning to use the ferries, our Lake Garda ferry guide is a helpful starting point.
The villa is reached via a narrow, unpaved track leading to the property gates, and parking is available for two cars.
The villa is approximately 40 minutes from Verona Airport, and around 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes from Milan Bergamo Airport.

Air conditioning is in the bedrooms, and heating is available for cooler months.
The pool is usually open from the end of April until the end of September, weather permitting.

Experiences
Villa Rustico is ideal for a very classic Lake Garda week: slow mornings at the villa, a swim, and then into Garda for the buzz of the lakefront.
- A ferry day from Garda is one of the easiest ways to explore other towns without driving, then you can come home for a sunset barbecue.
- If you’d like an easy “first night” arrival, pre-stocking works particularly well here, so everything is ready and you can settle straight into the terrace and view.

Such a beautiful villa with the most amazing view’s.We travelled as a family of 10 & this ticked all the boxes . Wouldn’t recommend if you have walking difficulties as it quite steep walk home but other than that everything was perfect.️ The Electric would trip in the evening when we were getting ready to go out.
