Villa San Vito
Lake Garda, Brenzone sul GardaOverview
Stylish and bright and with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains, Villa San Vito is tucked away in a quiet part of Lake Garda and is the perfect villa rental for families and groups.
A quirky private villa with stunning views, Villa San Vito provides an idyllic retreat for those looking for some relaxing time out amongst Italy’s largest lake. Sitting in the port of Brenzone, the lake and beaches are just a stone’s throw away and when you’re all barbecued out, take a stroll and enjoy local dining in the nearby restaurants and pizzerie.
Decorated with eccentric art pieces, thoughtful furniture and a charming quirkiness, the open-plan living area is the heart of this lakeview home. Cosy up to the fire on large sprawling sofas during the cooler months or enjoy Italian-inspired meals in the dining room. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light and open on to the large covered patio and down to the garden.
Enjoy lazy breakfasts and long lunches on the terrace and soak in views over the pool and lake beyond. Planted with age-old olive trees, Villa San Vito’s garden is secluded and peaceful and the lawn surrounds the house. The pool is private and comes with sun loungers and lounge chairs making it a perfect spot to while away sunny afternoons and come nightfall, take a stroll to the lakeside and enjoy an evening dip. Invigorated, return to your oasis of calm and sit back and gaze at the twinkling lights on the water.
Villa San Vito is spread over three floors and sleeps 10 guests over five double bedrooms, offering everyone their own slice of privacy. As well as the main living area, the ground floor is home to the first double bedroom and spacious ensuite bathroom. Up the stairs and three bedrooms offer peace at the end of the day with the master suite one to fight over. With a private terrace with a view, this room has an ensuite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The other bedrooms share a good sized family bathroom as well as another panoramic terrace. Back downstairs, the lower floor boasts the last double bedroom with a bathroom and shower.

We spent a weekend with friends. The house seems to have been renovated again, we would be very pleasantly surprised by the bedrooms, which were all modernized. The Villa is huge and has a beautiful view over Lake Garda. The associated garden and pool and the terrace were our highlight, we stayed outside throughout. The terrace is covered so that even in the rain in the evening worked smoothly. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge and freezer. The grounds are completely fenced-in and only accessible via a locked iron gate. Parking is on the premises and there is also a double garage. You have 100% privacy here and even children could safely move freely on the property without getting too close to the road.
The bathrooms have not all been renovated and are partly very different. There was a room with a nice modern marble bathroom & then again one with a rather outdated shower. If necessary, this could be improved. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about

Wow, what a fantastic view, what a fantastic villa
We were a mature group of family and one couple and loved our one week stay. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. For example, the kitchen has two fridges, plenty of pots and pans for cooking, a dish washer, freezer, plentiful crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. Outside is beautiful with an excellent view across almost the entirety of Lake Garda. Little of the noise from what is a busy road makes its way up to the villa. There is a beautiful, reasonably sized, unheated swimming pool which is refreshing (haha) at this time of year in the first half of May. The garden is beautiful, effectively an olive Grove with some mature oaks and alive with bird song, particularly serins, blackcap, chaffinches, blackbirds and spotted flycatcher. The security of the garden and house is excellent and is not overlooked by neighbours.
We had a car for our stay which was helpful, but there is a regular bus service from Garda to Malcesine and Riva and the nearest bus stop is in Porto (Brenzone sul Garda) about 400m walk. The only potential down side for a few people would be if you have mobility problems and don’t have a car because the minor road from the main road and drive are steep. I would recommend this property

We liked everything very much! The view of Lake Garda was the absolute dream! The pool was perfect for the whole family and in the evening you could light it up. The property was great for our dog, as everything was fenced in and he could walk free. There was a garage for 2 cars. The rooms were well equipped with bathrooms. The living room was huge and very comfortable. Outside there was a barbecue area. Everything was great! 🙂
Only a small point that you could not lock the entrance or exit in the basement to the garage. But garage could be closed -
Stunning views, lots of space both indoors and outdoors, great veranda and a beautiful garden surrounding the villa. Very private and peaceful. Close to the riverfront and a walking distance from shops and restaurants. Had a wonderful stay.
Decor is somewhat outdated, the entrance to the property is on a steep road and the bedroom in the basement would be best enjoyed if it was moved in the empty room on the ground floor, which has more light and air. Having said this , the positives far outweigh the negatives overall
