Welcome to Villa Serenella, a stunning 17th century estate sitting just outside the picturesque town of Torri del Benaco.

Surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, this historic retreat has been meticulously restored and blends a mix of rustic charm and contemporary luxury to create a truly unique escape. The grounds span 6 acres of gardens and scenic paths and the private swimming pool boasts breathtaking panoramic views over Lake Garda.

A haven of tranquility, Villa Serenella is less than a 10 minute drive from the picturesque towns of both Garda and Torri del Benaco. It’s just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the charming village of Albisano.

The home is composed of the main villa and the guest house and spread over three floors, it accommodates up to 16 guests over eight beautifully designed bedrooms. The two buildings are adjacent and have independent entrances from both the front and rear of the building.

The main villa welcomes you with a stunning, spacious living area which opens on to the wide terrace and immaculate gardens. There is wonderful glass dining table for up to 10 with another, smaller dining area in the adjacent kitchen. The large and modern kitchen is fully equipped. Each area of the lower floor opens out on to the beautiful terrace and gardens and the ground floor also boasts a stunning billiards room.

The upper floor is home to three bedroom suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is a spacious double room and is complete with a large walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom is stunning and boasts a wonderful bathtub. The second master bedroom offers views over the gardens and lake. This floor also boasts a wonderful sauna. The upstairs annex offers another two bedrooms, one double room and walk-in wardrobe and a small twin room. These two rooms share a bathroom with shower.

The guest house is part of the building yet is independent from the main villa. Both the guest house and the main villa offer access from the rear of the building as well as the terrace at the front of the villa. The ground floor of the guest house welcomes you with a well-equipped, rustic kitchen and dining area. Head up to the first floor and the cozy living area. Across from the living room is a twin bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom. The second floor is home to two double bedroom suites, sharing a spacious family bathroom.

The Villa Serenella estate is surrounded by a wonderful and tranquil private park. The terrace opens on to the immaculate gardens and path, leading to the swimming pool. The pool is in the upper garden and boasts stunning panoramic views over Lake Garda below. There’s a gazebo area here too, complete with table and lounge chairs, perfect for al-fresco dining or watching the sun set over the lake.

Location

A haven of tranquility, Villa Serenella is less than a 10 minute drive from the picturesque towns of both Garda and Torri del Benaco. It’s just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the charming village of Albisano. Although a small village, Albisano does offer a few restaurants including a traditional osteria as well as a pizzeria. Both are around 500 metres from the villa.

Although not a remote property, a vehicle is needed for stays at Villa Serenella. Within the estate, there is covered parking for up to 4 cars as well as a further 5 open spaces.

Villa Serenella is a good base for exploring this beautiful region with the major towns and airports of Verona, Venice and Milan within easy reach. The main Milan – Venice motorway is around 30 minutes drive away with Verona airport about 40 minutes away and Milan Bergamo just under 90 minutes.
