Overview

Villa Juliet Rose sits among olive trees in the hills above Toscolano Maderno, with uninterrupted views across Lake Garda and a quiet, private atmosphere.

The villa is designed around the view. A bright lake-facing veranda contains the main living room, dining area and kitchen, with soft natural light and direct access towards the terraces and gardens. The kitchen is centred around a marble-topped island, making it an easy space for breakfast, informal meals or drinks before dinner.

There are three double bedroom suites, each with its own open-style private bathroom. Two include both a bathtub and large shower, while the third has a shower. The villa sleeps six guests very comfortably; two additional single beds can be added to the larger bedrooms when needed, taking maximum occupancy to eight.

Outside, the infinity pool looks directly across the lake, surrounded by lawns, flowerbeds and mature olive trees. There are places to sit and dine outside, together with a barbecue, while the wellness area provides a Finnish sauna, large shower, hydromassage and space to relax.

It is a villa where staying in is very much part of the holiday — breakfast overlooking the lake, afternoons around the pool, then dinner outside as the lights begin to appear around the shoreline.

Location

Villa Juliet Rose sits above Toscolano Maderno on Lake Garda’s western shore, around 3km from the town and lakefront.

The small hamlet of Gaino is within walking distance and has a traditional local restaurant, useful for an easy evening close to the villa. For everyday shopping, a wider choice of restaurants and access to the lake, Toscolano Maderno is a short drive away.

Toscolano Maderno also has regular ferry connections, including the car ferry across to the eastern shore, making this a useful base for exploring both sides of Lake Garda.

A car is needed for stays here. Private parking is available within the property.

Verona and Milan Bergamo airports are both a little over one hour away by car.
