Nestled directly on the shore of Lake Garda’s northern coast, this unique property sits close to Limone sul Garda. An extraordinary home, Ca dela Nua is a carefully and lovingly restored limonaia (lemon grove) and its wonderful terraced gardens and superb privacy offer a very unique stay in this wonderful area of Lake Garda.
With stunning views over the lake, the terraces were once used to create perfect conditions for hundreds of lemon trees, some of which would have up to a thousand lemons on a single tree. Orange and lemon trees still grow among the columns and the old limonaia has been given a new lease of life with three independant homes.
This magnificent home and its beautiful terraced gardens look out over the lake and mountains and offers wonderful direct access to the lake. Just 134 steps separate the home from the waters edge where you can take a dip or relax and soak up stunning views across the water.
Ca dela Nua is spread over three independent apartments, each with wonderful lake views and accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms. With bright interiors and careful attention to detail, each apartment has a living area, two bedrooms as well as one or two bathrooms and offers a wonderful option for friends and family travelling together.
The Apartments
Agape
Situated on the middle level of the property, Agape has an open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen and wonderful lake views from both the living space and bedrooms. Step out onto one of the largest lawned terraces in the limonaia and enjoy your own private garden, a spot perfect for al-fresco dining and soaking up breathtaklng lake views. There’s a barbecue too.
Alba
Situated on the middle level of the property, Alba is the largest of the apartments and is spread over two floors. The upper floor is home to a bright, open plan living and kitchen area and a stunning private terrace with breathtaking views over the lake. Head down to the lower floor to the two lakeview bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, the apartment has a private garden and you can catch glimpses of the lake through the old stone walls, lining the limonaia terraces.
Antea
Situated on the upper level of the property, Antea is a spacious loft apartment offering wonderful lake views from the bright, open plan living space. Step out to a quaint private terrace on one side and a lovely, secluded garden on the other, complete with dining area and barbecue.

Three double bedrooms and three twin rooms and five bathrooms. Agape and Alba have two bathrooms while Antea has one bathroom, all with showers and bathtub.
Good to Know
Coming in 2025 – New for spring 2025, this home will be equipped with a bio-sauna and whirlpool.
The limonaia has its own private access to the lake and jetty but please note there is a few minutes walk through the gardens and down the terraces to reach the water.
Each apartment has a private garden space as well as a barbecue.
WIFI is provided throughout and each of the apartments has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.
The owners of this stunning home consider Lake Garda to be the most beautiful pool possible and have therefore decided not to build a swimming pool in the limonaia.
Each apartment has its own double garage, which is exclusively accessible by car lift. Electric vehicle charging is available on request.
In line with the requests of the owner, this home is available to guests aged 12 or over only.

Location
A unique property deserves a unique location and Ca dela Nua is no exception. Located just under 2km from the centre of Limone sul Garda, Ca dela Nua is directly on the ciclopedonale, the new bike and pedestrian path running from Limone up towards Riva del Garda.
To reach the limonaia, you need to drive along a short stretch of the path and as such check-in is a little later here (from 5pm) in order to avoid the busier periods on the path.
A vehicle is highly recommended for stays here but Limone is just 1.5km away, approximately 20 minutes walk, and is bustling with lakeside cafes and restaurants. Limone also has a ferry port and offers a direct connection to Malcesine on the opposite coast of the lake.

Amazing apartment in Limone! The apartment is beautiful and clean. The furniture is modern and comfortable. We had 2 beds/2 bath with aircon.
There are two docks with lake access. Although there are other apartments (2) in the complex our stay felt very private and secluded. We felt like we were the only ones there! The location is perfect with a beautiful 10-15 min walk to downtown/main ferry. Great location to explore the rest of Lake Garda.
Klara, who is the owner, is such a wonderful host and really made our trip special. She was so accommodating and responsive. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, das Anwesen Ca dela Nua in Limone sul Garda zu besuchen und waren von der einmaligen Lage und dem hervorragenden Service begeistert. Das Anwesen bietet eine unvergleichliche Atmosphäre und ermöglicht es den Gästen, absolute Privatsphäre zu genießen. Besonders beeindruckend war der private Zugang zum See, der es einem ermöglichte, die Schönheit der Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu erleben.
Die Wohnung selbst war elegant eingerichtet und strahlte mit hochwertigen Möbeln und Geräten eine besondere Eleganz aus. Jeder Raum war bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und vermittelte ein Gefühl von Luxus und Komfort. Es ist offensichtlich, dass die Eigentümer viel Wert auf Qualität und Stil legen.
Was den Aufenthalt im Anwesen Ca dela Nua noch angenehmer machte, war die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümer. Sie waren äußerst freundlich und perfekt dreisprachig (Italienisch, Englisch, Deutsch), was die Kommunikation sehr angenehm gestaltete. Es schien, als würden sie jeden Wunsch erfüllen, um sicherzustellen, dass ihre Gäste einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt haben.
Eine weitere bemerkenswerte Möglichkeit, die das Anwesen bietet, ist die Teilnahme an einem Hydro e-Foil-Kurs. Diese aufregende Aktivität ermöglicht es den Gästen, die Gewässer auf eine einzigartige Weise zu erkunden und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu genießen.
Die Lage des Anwesens ist ebenfalls ideal. Innerhalb von nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das Dorfzentrum von Limone, wo sich eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Geschäften und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten befinden. Diese Nähe zur Stadt ermöglicht es den Gästen, das örtliche Leben und die Kultur leicht zu erkunden und gleichzeitig die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des Anwesens zu genießen.
Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt im Anwesen Ca dela Nua unvergesslich. Die einzigartige Lage, die elegant eingerichtete Wohnung, der erstklassige Service und die freundlichen Eigentümer haben mich restlos überzeugt. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und erneut diese wundervolle Erfahrung zu machen
