Overview

Antea is one of three independent apartments within Ca dela Nua, a restored historic limonaia set directly beside Lake Garda just outside Limone.

It sits on the upper part of the property and offers around 110m² of internal space across two floors, with its own private entrance, garden and large terrace.

The apartment has a bright, contemporary feel, with an open-plan living and kitchen space designed to make the most of the elevated lake views. Step outside in one direction and you reach the private terrace; on the other side is a more secluded garden with outdoor dining and barbecue.

There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, making Antea suitable for up to four guests. The apartment has one spacious bathroom with both a shower and bathtub.

From Antea, a panoramic path leads down through the terraced gardens towards the bathing jetty. The route is a little longer than from the other apartments, but the descent keeps the lake in view along the way.

Guests also share access to the Ca dela Nua whirlpool and sauna, while massages and other wellness treatments can be arranged.

Location

Antea sits within Ca dela Nua just outside Limone sul Garda, directly beside the lake and the panoramic cycle and pedestrian path.

Limone is around 1.5–2km away and can be reached on foot in around 15–20 minutes. The route follows the lakeside path and brings you into town for restaurants, cafés, shops and the ferry port.

The setting itself is peaceful and removed from the busier centre, which is a large part of the appeal.

A car is still useful for exploring beyond Limone. The final stretch of the drive follows the cycle and pedestrian route, so arrival and departure times are controlled to avoid the busiest periods.

Ca dela Nua is just under 2 hours from Milan Bergamo airport and just under 90 minutes from Verona.

Antea is one of three independent apartments within Ca dela Nua. Each has its own private outdoor space, while the bathing jetty, lake access, sauna and whirlpool are shared between guests staying at the property.

There is no swimming pool. Swimming is directly in Lake Garda from the bathing jetty.
Antea is arranged over two floors, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.

Antea sits higher within the property than Agape and Alba, and the path down to the lake is longer. The route passes through the terraced gardens and includes a substantial number of steps.

The wider limonaia is not fully wheelchair accessible.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living area.

The apartment has its own private two-car garage, reached via the property’s car lift. Electric-vehicle charging is also available.

The final stretch of the approach is along the cycle and pedestrian route. Standard check-in is between 17:00 and 19:00 and check-out between 08:30 and 10:00.

Pets are accepted on request and subject to a surcharge.

Ca dela Nua is suitable for guests aged 10 and over.

Experiences

Antea suits a slower northern Lake Garda stay, where time at the property is as much part of the holiday as exploring the surrounding towns.

Walk into Limone for lunch or the ferry, swim directly from the bathing jetty, then return to the apartment for an evening on the private terrace overlooking the lake.

Massages, e-foil lessons and other local experiences can also be arranged, while the panoramic walking and cycling path outside the property gives easy access to more of the northern shoreline.
