Set on a verdant hillside above Lake Garda near to Brenzone, this magnificent villa offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the lake below. This stunning villa has been lovingly and carefully designed as an eco-friendly home and sits on a terrace boasting some of the finest views over Lake Garda.

An elegant and spacious villa, this stunning home is spread over one level and accommodates up to eight guests over 3 bedroom suites, all with stunning lake views. The living area is the heart of the home and boasts a living room, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. There’s a TV room too and floor to ceiling windows flood the home with light.

Step outside to the stunning terrace that spreads the length of the villa and boasts incredible lake views. The garden is a wonderful spot to spend lazy days and features a private pool as well as a relax area under the olive trees. There’s plenty of space for dining outside and the terrace is equipped with a barbecue too.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Stella has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The master bedroom and one bedroom both have a bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a bathroom with both shower and bath tub.

The TV room has a sofa bed and can be used as a fourth bedroom, bringing the capacity of the villa to 8, although this should be reserved for use by children only. There is a guest bathroom also available (toilet only).

Swimming Pool

The private pool is 5m x 3m with a depth of 140cm.

Good to know

The estate is composed of two villa (Villa Girasole and Villa Stella) as well as a private home. Each home is independent. The estate owners live around 200 metres from Villa Stella and are available for any assistance although you won’t be disturbed during your stay.

Villa Stella has underfloor heating and cooling as well as an automated air circulation and filter system – keeping the villa warm in autumn and cool in the summer.

WIFI is available and there is a laundry room too.

The garden has some unfenced walls and drops and may not be suitable for small children. Children should always be supervised in the garden area.

This villa is in the same as estate as Villa Girasole, offering accommodation for larger groups – Villa Girasole Estate.

Location

Located on the east coast of Lake Garda, Villa Stella is directly above Castelletto di Brenzone, a charming village directly on the shores of Lake Garda. There’s a nice selection of restaurants here as well as small supermarket and the lake ferries stop here twice daily.

There is an ancient roman path that passes the villa and heads straight down to Castelletto as well as up to the mountain village of Prada. It’s a steep walk over a stone path and takes around 15 minutes. Give yourself a little longer coming back up!

A car is required for stays at this home. The location is hillside and is around 5km by car from the village of Castelletto di Brenzone. The access road to the villa is a steep gravel road (around 600 metres). Please make sure you are confident driving and we highly recommend a sturdy vehicle. Parking is available.

This area is a wonderful base for exploring Lake Garda and the beautiful towns of Malcesine and Torri del Benaco are just 15 minutes away by car. Villa Stella is around 1 hour 45 minutes from Milan Bergamo Airport and 1 hour from Verona Airport.
