This stunning modern villa has been lovingly and carefully designed and, thanks to its hilltop location, boasts magnificent, breathtaking views of the lake below.

The living area of Villa Margherita is spread across two open-plan floors, with the upper floor the heart of this lakeview villa. Vast floor to ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and stunning views over the mountains and Lake Garda below make for an exceptional villa experience in Italy.

This floor boasts the spacious and bright kitchen and dining area. Step through wide glass doors on to the covered terrace overlooking the pool – this terrace is complete with outdoor kitchen and barbecue, perfect for summer al-fresco dining.

Enjoy morning coffee or evening aperitivo on the sleek front facing balcony, a stunning spot to admire more breathtaking lake and mountain views.

The master double bedroom is on this floor and is complete with ensuite bathroom. Lovely features include the relax corner and the private terrace with panoramic views of the lake.

Head downstairs to the lower floor for the other four bedrooms – three double rooms and one twin room. Two double bedrooms are ensuite, with one opening onto the garden and the other offering views over the garden and lake. The other two bedrooms both have views over the garden and have a shared family bathroom.

The lower floor is also home to the spacious living room. Featuring a bar area and billiard table, this living space also opens onto another covered terrace and the floor is complete with tv room and comfy sofas.

Outside, spend lazy days around the private swimming pool. The sun deck is complete with sun loungers and parasols and offers the same stunning lake views.

There are 4 double rooms and 1 twin rooms. The twin beds can be configured as a double bed.

The master suite is on the upper floor and is en-suite. It also has a small, private living area as well as private terrace.

2 double rooms on the lower floor, with en-suite bathroom.

1 double and 1 twin room on the lower floor, sharing a family bathroom.

There are 5 bathrooms in total: 3 en-suite, 1 family bathroom and 1 guest bathroom.

Kitchen

Villa Margherita has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. There is a wine fridge on the lower floor.

Swimming Pool

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 10m x 6m with a depth up to 180cm. The pool looks over the lake below and is equipped with sun loungers.

Good to know

Villa Margherita has air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as WIFI throughout and there is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The villa has parking for up to 4 vehicles but please note it is outdoor parking. There are no covered or indoor parking spaces here.

Location

Sitting in the hills on the east coast of Lake Garda and offering some of the finest lake views, Villa Margherita is just 8km from the beautiful lakeside towns of Torri del Benaco and Garda.

At just 15 minutes drive, both towns are popular with the locals and offer quaint streets, boutique shops and lakeside trattorie. The well-known town of Malcesine sits in the north of Lake Garda with Verona in the south and are both just a 40 minute drive away.

The small mountain village of San Zeno di Montagna is a little further up the hill with a few restaurants, some offering wonderful views over the lake as you dine. This is within walking distance (around 15 minutes or so) but there are stretches of road without a footpath.

A vehicle is needed here and there is outdoor parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The closest airports to Villa Margherita are Verona (35 minutes), Milan Bergamo (1 hour 30 minutes), Milan Linate (1 hour 45 minutes) and Venice (1 hour 45 minutes).
