Spread over three floors, Villa Orizonte accommodates 10 guests over 4 elegant bedrooms and pool house. The main floor is the heart of this home and offers a spacious open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Large floor to ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame the wonderful surroundings of this home.

Step out onto the terrace, complete with dining area and sweeping views over the countryside, lake and gardens below.

Head up to the upper floor of the villa for a wonderful master bedroom suite, complete with en-suite bathroom and private balcony with lake views.

The remaining three bedrooms in the main house are down on the lower floor and open onto the lower gardens of the villa. These are complete with en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms offers direct access to the sauna and the lower terrace with outdoor hot tub.

A truly wonderful feature of this stunning villa is the lush gardens below. A private sanctuary of peace and tranquility, the gardens boast an olive grove and a stunning saltwater infinity pool. The pool house is complete with dining area, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The sofa here is a double sofa bed, offering an extra, separate bedroom to the main house and is ideal for two extra guests seeking their own serene corner.

Five double bedrooms and six bathrooms. The main villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a guest bathroom. The pool house is an open plan space with a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower.

4 bathrooms have a shower. The master bedroom bathroom has a bath tub.

Kitchen and Dining

The main floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and which opens on to the main terrace and panoramic dining space.

The pool house also has a small kitchenette and dining area, next to the pool.

Swimming Pool

The private pool is a saltwater pool and equipped with sun loungers.

Good to Know

The villa has air conditioning throughout.

One bedroom on the lower floor is in the same space as the sauna, so please consider this when using the wellness area. This bedroom opens on to the lower terrace with the hot tub.

Location

Villa Orizonte sits close to the hillside village of Marciaga, just above the well-known town of Garda on the lake’s eastern shore. The village offers a selection of restaurants and pizzerias with some within walking distance (around 500m to 600m from the villa). Please note that the road from the villa is a narrow country road and may not have a footpath for the first few hundred meters.

The lake and town of Garda are just under 3km away, with Torri del Benaco just over 6km from the villa.

Garda has a great selection of restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, and supermarkets, and it has a wonderful, lakefront promenade. The town also has a well-connected ferry port. Head to nearby Torri del Benaco, where there is the car ferry to Toscolano Maderno. This service offers a convenient and quick way to travel to the western coast of Lake Garda.

Please note that a vehicle is essential at this villa and there is parking within the property.

Villa Orizonte is just 40 minutes from Verona airport and around 90 minutes from Milan Bergamo airport.
