This lakefront villa is the ultimate, unique getaway. Located near the Port of Torchio in Manerba del Garda, this wonderful home has a large private swimming pool, private lake access and beautiful lake views.

Designed by famous architect Bruno Fedrigolli in the late 60s, Villa Raffaela is wonderful tribute to modern art and design. You’ll find optimum comfort coupled with large and bright open spaces and big green swathes of garden and ancient olive trees.

Sleeping up to 13 people (14 including infant, on request only), the villa is divided into 2 distinct sections, both usable as an independent home, yet still being connected to the rest of the villa. This makes Villa Raffaele a great choice for families holidaying together. The main part of the villa is the most recently renovated while the second part and apartments are original of the period.

The villa has 5 bedrooms plus an open loft area and 5 bathrooms. The main part of the villas has 2 double bedrooms and a twin room. The second part has another 2 double bedrooms and open triple loft.

3 of the double rooms have ensuite bathrooms and 2 are family bathrooms shared with the remaining bedrooms. There is a further bathroom with shower in the pool room.

Each part of the villa has separate lounge areas and the main villa lounge has enough space to comfortably accommodate all guests together. There are also 2 fully equipped kitchens and a great dining area inside.

Outside, there is a dining area on the covered patio, big enough for everyone to enjoy the stunning views. There are also outdoor lounge areas on the patios surrounding the villa.

The villa has its own olive groves in the vibrant gardens and surrounds the private swimming pool. Complete with parasols and sunloungers, the pool also overlooks the lake.

Inside the villa, there is a dining area for up to 14. On the verge is another dining area for 14, complete with lake views.

Swimming Pool

The private pool measures 10m x 6m and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

Good to Know

There is a private gate in the garden giving direct access to the lake. The coast here is rocky, not beach, so care is needed to get into the lake.

There is air conditioning throughout the house and as well as WIFI.

Laundry facilities are available and there are hairdryers in all bathrooms.

Location

The villa is located just 400m from the Port of Torchio in Manerba. The port offers some excellent restaurants as well as a cafe / gelateria, perfect for evening aperitivo. The village of Montinelle is around 1.5km away and has a good selection of services including more restaurants.

At the tip of the peninsula, just 200m from the villa, use the water bridge to Isola dei Conigli, a beautiful park and nature reserve. Nearby is the great beach of Pisenze with a SUP centre and don’t forget to visit la Rocca di Manerba, a stunning archaeological park with fabulous ruins and nature reserve. There are great trekking trails here and the views from the top are a must.

Conveniently located, the villa is close to services but we suggest a car is needed here. There is ample parking on site with space for 2 vehicles under cover and up to 4 more in the open parking inside the villa security gates.

This villa is about a 1 hour drive to both Milan Bergamo Airport and Verona Airport.
