Overview

Villa Pascoli is an exclusive lakefront home overlooking Lake Garda, set close to the small port in Manerba del Garda. Modern and bright, it’s designed around the view: wide glass doors and windows flood the interiors with light and keep the lake in sight from almost every angle.

The heart of the villa is the main living level, which you can reach via the internal staircase or the elevator. This is where you’ll find the spacious lounge, dining area and a beautifully equipped kitchen (with wine fridge), all opening onto the lake-view terrace and the infinity pool. It’s an easy set-up for shared meals –  inside when you want shade, or outside when the lake is doing its thing.

Upstairs is the entrance level, home to four of the double bedrooms plus the wellness area with sauna and Turkish bath. This floor also has another terrace with wonderful views. The fifth double bedroom sits on the pool level and has its own en-suite bathroom with shower – useful for groups who like a little separation.

Outside, the villa is made for classic lake days: poolside lounging, an evening drink in the outdoor seating area, and (the real highlight) stepping down to the gardens and your private sundeck at the water’s edge.

Location

Villa Pascoli is around a five-minute walk to the small port of Manerba del Garda – quiet rather than bustling, but with a cocktail bar and a popular osteria.

A 20-minute walk uphill brings you to Montinelle, a small village with a few cafés and restaurants and a summer night market. For more choice, you can explore nearby Porto Torchio (around 2.5km), Moniga del Garda (around 3.5km) or San Felice del Benaco (around 6km).

A vehicle is strongly recommended here to make the most of the area. The villa has a garage for two cars and an electric vehicle charging station.

Both Verona and Milan Bergamo airports are just under an hour from the villa.

Good to know

The villa is air conditioned throughout and offers Wi-Fi.

Access is via a private road to the gates of the home; do note the driveway is steep, so low-clearance cars should take care.

The villa does not accept groups of guests under the age of 25.

Heating during cooler months is excluded and charged as a standing fee if required.
