Spread over 300 square meters and lovingly designed, Villa on The Lake accommodates 6 guests over three stylish bedrooms. The principle living space and the heart of this lake view home is the lounge, flooded with light thanks to large bright windows. The large living room and dining area open out on to the terrace, a wonderful al-fresco dining spot overlooking the lake. There is also a fully equipped, modern kitchen.

Step outside and relax in the beautifully kept gardens or take a dip in the lake and cool off thanks to the villa’s own private, bathing pier.

There is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and the villa is equipped with WIFI.

The villa has laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer.

For cyclists, city bikes are provided offering a wonderful way to explore the area and to enjoy the promenade.

There are 2 parking spaces available.

Pets are not permitted in this home as well as barbecues.

Location

Villa on The Lake is located near the historic village of Castelletto di Brenzone, nestled against the mountain slopes on the north east coast of Lake Garda. Step out from the villa and take a stroll along the lakeside promenade – the village is around a 10 minute walk away where you’ll find a lovely selection of delicious restaurants and pizzerie.

A car is highly recommended for stays here and there is parking for 2 vehicles.

The villa is just under 2 hours drive from Milan Bergamo airport and around 1 hour from Verona airport.
