Villa Belvedere accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedroom suites and offers wonderful lake views from its bright living spaces. The heart of the villa is the spacious, light-filled living area on the upper level, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the lake. Designed as an open-plan space, this level features a comfortable lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The first double bedroom is also on this floor and is complete with an en-suite bathroom. A large lake-view terrace extends the living space outdoors and is furnished with an alfresco dining area and lounge seating.

The ground floor offers three further spacious double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and direct access to the garden. The villa’s private TV and cinema room is also on this level and provides the perfect setting for relaxed movie nights.

The lower floor of Villa Belvedere is dedicated to wellness and relaxation and boasts a peaceful spa area, complete with hot tub, massage area, and space for yoga and meditation.

With direct access from the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room opens on to the covered terrace, offering al-fresco dining with lake views. 

The villa also has a barbecue, perfect for summer grilling.

Good to Know

The villa has air conditioning throughout and is also equipped with Wi-Fi.  There is no air conditioning in the laundry room, garage or wellness area.

There is a laundry room available on the lower floor of the villa and features a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. 

On the upper level of the villa there is an indoor double parking space, and a third car can be parked on the access ramp, between the entrance gate and the garage.

Location

Villa Belvedere is situated in an exclusive residential area on the outskirts of Padenghe sul Garda, on Lake Garda’s scenic southwestern shore. The local ferry harbour, lakeside promenade, and nearest beach are just 1 km from the villa.

The charming village centre is around 2 km away and offers a selection of excellent restaurants, cafés, and essential services. The closest supermarkets are approximately 3 km from the villa, providing everything you need for your stay. The surrounding area also boasts several highly regarded restaurants within 1 km of the property, popular with locals and ideal for evenings out.

The lively town of Desenzano del Garda is within a 10-minute drive and offers a wider range of shops, bars, and vibrant weekly markets. Desenzano features a beautiful lakeside promenade, a bustling marina, and regular ferry services, providing an excellent way to explore more of Lake Garda.

The villa is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the A4 Milan–Venice motorway, making it easy to reach from major cities. Verona Airport is about a 35-minute drive away, while Milan Bergamo Airport can be reached in under an hour.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the wider area, but guests will find plenty of amenities and lakeside attractions close by.
