Villa Botanico is wonderful addition to our selection of private villas on Lake Garda and has been completely renovated. The villa retains some of it’s antique flavour but has been modernly designed and customised, making it a perfect choice for a wonderful stay with family in the Italian Lakes.
Villa Botanico is also just a 5 minutes walk from the pretty lakeside town of Gardone, offering a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops lining the promenade. Fancy exploring further afield? Hop on any one of the ferries that leave the port to head all over Lake Garda.
With its own spacious garden, the villa has a comfortable outdoor dining area, complete with barbecue – perfect for summer dining al-fresco. The garden opens onto the large, private swimming pool furnished with loungers and parasols – an excellent spot to while away lazy summer afternoons!

Bedrooms and bathrooms
4 spacious bedrooms on the first floor (three double bedrooms with balconies and a twin room with bunk bed).
One room is a spacious Japenese-insprired double room with a balcony and a view over the bamboo forest and has a partial lake view. One double room is Venetian-inspired and has a balcony overlooking the pool. The third double room offers garden views.
There are 3 bathrooms in total – two bathroom upstairs (one with shower and the other with bath) and a third service bathroom on the ground floor. Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom.
Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with American style fridge freezer with ice dispenser as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen opens onto the porch with outdoor dining area.
Swimming Pool
The recently built private swimming pool has excellent exposure and measures 14m by 3.5m. It’s complete with sun loungers, relax chairs and parasols.
Good to Know
The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all modern appliances including oven and coffee machine and the bright and large living area overlooks the garden and swimming pool.
There is Air Conditioning in 3 bedrooms on the first floor as well as the lounge and WIFI is included.

Location
The villa is within the boundary wall of the famous botanical gardens and is just a 5 minute walk to the lakeside town of Gardone Riviera. There is a great choice of restaurants and bars and the lakeside promenade is also home to the port where you can catch a ferry to explore this wonderful region.
Although not essential, a vehicle is highly recommended at this property and there is parking inside the gates of the property for 2/3 cars.
This villa is about a 1 hour drive to Milan Bergamo Airport and to Verona Airport. A dream villa for a fantastic family vacation! The pool was fantastic—could have been a bit cooler for swimming, but it was perfect with kids. We were all absolutely thrilled.

The Villa was really beautiful. Elevated above the lake it provided some stunning views. It was very well equipped, and having a private pool was great for the children to cool off whenever they needed. It was expensive for the week, but good value for money. Already planning to return next year to the area, although maybe a larger villa so we can have some additional family with us. A prior warning for how narrow the entrance is with a suggestion to reverse in through the gates would have helped. Upon arrival with a large Peugeot 5008 I struggled for a few minutes to navigate the entrance and figure out the best way to get the car inside. Lack of air-conditioning in the smallest bed room with bunk beds was not great. We ended up setting up a fan blowing over a bowl of ice to help our youngest stay cool at night. It could be easily remedied though

The property was well maintained and had all the amenities we were looking for. The location had so much character and was an easy walk to all amenities. The host was wonderful, quick to respond and extremely helpful answering so many questions. Many thanks

The accommodation is great. It is very large with very well-equipped living rooms on the ground floor. A very practical kitchen with a direct exit to the covered terrace, very pleasant in hot weather but also in case of rain. 3 large double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds upstairs. A balcony for some with a lake view. The exterior is very spacious, close to the botanical garden and a 14×4 swimming pool for relaxing or doing laps. This house is located in the middle between the lake and the shops and restaurants in the neighborhood towards the church.
Perhaps it should be made clear that access is steeply uphill in a small alleyway for motorcycle or car accessibility

Great stay. There was nothing missing in the house about the furnishings. It was clean and quiet, the communication with the hostess was excellent. Nice place to spend a few great days
