Lake Garda, Gardone RivieraA design-forward villa in the hills above Gardone Riviera, built around floor-to-ceiling glass and an extraordinary sweep of lake views. - Wide lake views from almost every room, with sliding glass that opens the villa to the terrace
- Heated infinity pool with panoramic views
- Outdoor kitchen terrace with dining, barbecue and pizza oven
- Four double en-suite bedroom suites, plus a TV room with sofa bed
- Sauna for cooler evenings and shoulder-season stays
- Lift access from the entrance level down to the main living area
Why we love this villa
Ca d’Oro is a true flagship: architectural, calm, and entirely focused on the lake. It’s the kind of place where you arrive, open the glass to the terrace, and immediately understand why you chose it.
- The view is the headline, but the design makes it feel present all day – not just from one terrace corner
- It’s set up for real villa living: multiple lounging zones, a real outdoor kitchen terrace, and space to gather without feeling on top of each other
- The sauna, heated pool option and terrace heaters make it feel like a strong choice beyond peak summer
Perfect for
- Friends or families who want a high-end villa where the view and design are the main event
- Groups who’ll appreciate en-suite bedrooms and a layout that gives privacy as well as togetherness
- A “villa week” with long terrace dinners, slow mornings and pool time between lake days
- Shoulder-season stays where a sauna, heated pool option and terrace heaters make evenings easy

Overview
Villa Ca d’Oro sits in the hills above Gardone Riviera in a wonderfully private position, with sweeping views across Lake Garda. The architecture is deliberately open and light: large windows frame the water from almost every room, and many of the floor-to-ceiling panes can be opened fully to create a seamless connection between inside and out.
The villa is arranged over three levels. The main living space is an open-plan floor with a lounge, dining area and an ultra-modern, fully equipped kitchen. A separate TV room sits alongside this level (with a sliding door for privacy), and the entire living zone opens directly to the wraparound terrace with lounge seating and the pool.
The top level is the main entrance and also home to the master suite, which has one of the best viewpoints in the house. It includes a private terrace, fireplace, dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower.
The lower level hosts the remaining three double bedroom suites, all en-suite, and all with lake views. The layout works particularly well for groups who want everyone to have their own space, while keeping the “together” areas on the living level.
Outside, the terrace is set up for long, relaxed days. There’s a generous lounge area, dining space, an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and pizza oven, and a heated infinity pool option looking straight across the lake. For cooler days, the villa also includes a sauna, and the outdoor dining area has terrace heating for spring and autumn evenings.
Location
Villa Ca d’Oro is set in the hills above Gardone Riviera, close to the area around Vittoriale degli Italiani. Upper Gardone (with a handful of restaurants and cafés) is around 2km away, and down by the lake you’ll find Gardone Riviera’s wider choice of restaurants, small shops and lakeside cafés.
A vehicle is needed for stays here. The villa has garage space for one car, plus additional outdoor parking (around three to four spaces).
The villa is approximately one hour’s drive from Milan Bergamo Airport and Verona Airport.

The TV room includes a sofa bed and can be closed off with a sliding door, which is useful if you’re using it as an extra sleeping space.
Pool heating is available on request, and the villa’s terrace heating and sauna make it a strong option outside the height of summer too.
Experiences
Ca d’Oro suits the kind of week where you plan a few standout moments and let the villa do the rest: a boat day on the lake, one great lunch reservation, then long afternoons back at the pool with the view in front of you.
For groups, pre-stocking is a quiet upgrade here, and a chef evening works brilliantly with the outdoor kitchen terrace – relaxed, unhurried, and entirely at villa pace.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Richard and Lake Garda Villa Company. My family and I visited Italy and had a stressful last minute cancellation for a house from another well known rental agency. Lake Garda Villa not only stepped up big in finding us a beautiful home (thank you Martin!) but they did it with professionalism and excellent service.

Magnificent villa. Amazing view. Great communication with the property. We had a good time.
We unfortunately broke some glasses of wine and had to pay for them at check-out, but we had peaceful communication. Before we left, we checked the whole house with the property and we left serene. Recommended for quiet weekends where you want to appreciate the view. You don’t want to get out of how great the place is.
We’ll be back
