A spacious and bright home, Villa Pratello is spread over two levels and accommodates 10 guests over 5 spacious bedrooms. The ground floor hosts the main living spaces of the villa with a large lounge and well equipped kitchen. The window in the lounge overlooks the garden and private pool and the kitchen opens to the garden and patio. Complete with a dining area and barbecue, the patio is the perfect spot for summer evenings. The ground floor hosts the first three double bedrooms and bathrooms.

Two large double bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower, basement level of the villa.

Outside, the villa’s lake view garden boasts a lovely private swimming pool.

The ground floor is home to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two double bedrooms. There is a family bathroom here with bath and shower as well as a guest toilet.

On the lower, basement floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Kitchen

The villa has a spacious kitchen, fully equipped and includes dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a barbecue in the garden.

Garden

The garden enjoys a lovely lake view and measuring around 1,200 sqm it is flat and dotted with flowers and olive trees.

Swimming Pool

Villa Pratello has a newly built 8m x 3m swimming pool with a depth of 1.40m.

The villa is in an exclusive residential estate where guests can also use two other swimming pools as well as tennis courts.

Good to Know

The villas has air conditioning in two bedrooms on the ground floor.

There is a laundry room on the lower floor complete with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

There is a hairdryer in each bathroom.

The villa has WIFI throughout.

Location

Villa Pratello is just 3km from the lake and centre of Padenghe sul Garda. An area popular with cyclists and walkers, Padenghe has a small selection of restaurants, cafes and shops and is also close to the well-known Arzaga Golf course. The beach at Lido di Padenghe is popular with locals and is less than 10 minutes from the villa. There’s parking here too.

The nearest supermarket is just 3km from the villa with the nearest major town of Desenzano del Garda just 8km away (15 to 20 minutes). Desenzano is a popular town on Lake Garda and offers a great choice of shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a train station here making trips to Milan, Verona and Venice great day out options. The nearby ports at both Desenzano and Moniga del Garda offer access to the lake ferries, offering an alternative way to explore Lake Garda.

A car is necessary for stays at Villa Pratello and the home has a garage for two vehicles and space outside for another car.

The villa is just over half an hour drive from Verona airport and around 1 hour from Milan Bergamo airport.
