With a modern and minimalist design, Villa Roccia is a spacious home built over three floors. Large windows ensure the villa is bright and airy and the incredible views of the lake are the main focal point throughout.

This stunning villa sleeps 8 guests over 4 bedrooms.

The ground floor is a beautiful living space with a dining area and open fireplace and the floor to ceiling windows open onto endless views of the lake and mountains beyond. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the gardens and outdoor dining area.

The first two double bedrooms are also on this floor and both have ensuite bathrooms. The ground floor also has a guest bathroom.

Head to the first floor via a spiral staircase where there is a cozy second lounge with more spectacular views. The sofas can be turned into two single beds on request and the sleeping area has a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

The lower floor of the villa features a fantastic private spa with relaxation area, indoor massage pool and a wellness, sensory shower. This floor also offers access to the outdoor infinity pool.

The grounds of the villa, with tendered lawns and private woods, are large and offer tranquility and seclusion. Cool off in the private infinity pool; soak up stunning lake views from the terrace or dine al-fresco in the shaded woods – the choice really is yours.

The private pool measures 10m x 5m with a depth of 140cm. This can be heated on request.

The mini pool in the spa measures 3m x 3.5m.

Good to Know

Villa Roccia is a modern air conditioned villa and has WIFI throughout.

Laundry facilities are also available.

The swimming pool is usually open from mid May to the end of September, depending on the weather.

Access to the villa is via a private road. This is unpaved and narrow so please be aware if driving a very wide or very low vehicle.

Location

Nestled on the outskirts of town, Villa Roccia is in a small village, just a short drive away from Stresa, a bustling town on the shore of Lake Maggiore.

The village itself offers a few excellent restaurants within walking distance of the villa or head to Stresa itself, a glamorous town with narrow streets and plenty of boutiques, cafes and restaurants. The lakefront is home to the ferry port where you can hop on a ferry to visit the wonderful and world famous Borromean Islands.

The railway station in Stresa connects to central Milan, just an hour away and the beautiful city of Turin just an hour and a half away. Alternatively, head to the north of the lake and visit Switzerland.

This villa is around 45 minutes from Milan Malpensa airport, just over 1 hour from Milan Linate and 90 minutes from Milan Bergamo airport.
