This spacious home is spread over two levels and accommodates up to 8 guests over 4 bedrooms. The main living spaces are on the ground floor, host to a lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen. Step out on to the patio, gardens and swimming pool and there are spaces to dine both inside and out.
The first floor offers three double bedrooms and a twin room as well as a family bathroom.

Villa Rosa has three double rooms and one twin room. There is full bathroom on the ground floor (with shower) as well as a family bathroom (with bath tub) on the first floor.
Swimming Pool
The private pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and measures 9m x 4m.
Good to know
The bedrooms as well as the living room all have air conditioning and there is WIFI throughout.
The property is entirely fenced and a border hedge offers privacy. Pets are accepted here on request.
Outside, there is an additional room to the side of the house. containing the washing machine. This is not directly connected to the rest of the house.

Villa Rosa is an excellent base for exploring this area of Lake Garda. The charming lakeside town of Bardolino is just a short walk away and the both the lungolago and beach are just 5 minutes away. Enjoy a slower pace of life with lakeside strolls and local cuisine and if you want to explore a little further, the towns of Garda and Lazise are less than 10 minutes drive away.
A car isn’t essential for stays at this home although it is recommended to help you explore this wonderful region. Parking is available within the property for up to 3 cars, in a single row.

It was really great, everything was spotlessly clean, 10 minutes directly in the center of Bardolino.. Kitchen equipment, great… if you want to make breakfast and pasta

The house was very clean, all the necessary utensils were there. The outdoor area and the pool were also very well maintained. There is also an outdoor grill, which was great. There is enough space for 8 people and 3 cars. The location is also very good. It is not far to the center of Bardolino, but the house is in a very quiet location. We felt very comfortable. For the number of people, a third toilet would have been great. Cushions for the pool loungers would be recommended, as they are otherwise very uncomfortable. If the upstairs bathroom were renovated and the furnishings in the house were a little more upscale, the price would be more justified. As it is, we found it a little expensive.

Villa was spacious and very clean, if not a little tired and in need of some TLC. Pool was a great addition and good location for Bardolino centre. We had a couple of electrical outages but agency responded quickly to resolve.

Very nice cottage!
Between 5 – 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone – Great. The same thing down to the lake. The house is well described with all the details. We were there with the family 7 for a week and will be back.
The air conditioners in the rooms saved us especially at night. We always had around 33 degrees C* during the day.
