Step out on to the patio, gardens and swimming pool and there are spaces to dine both inside and out.

The first floor offers three double bedrooms and a twin room as well as a family bathroom.

Villa Rosa has three double rooms and one twin room. There is full bathroom on the ground floor as well as a family bathroom on the first floor.

The bedrooms as well as the living room all have air conditioning and there is WIFI throughout.

The property is entirely fenced and a border hedge offers privacy. Pets are accepted here on request.

Outside, there is an additional room to the side of the house. containing the washing machine. This is not directly connected to the rest of the house.

Location

Villa Rosa is an excellent base for exploring this area of Lake Garda. The charming lakeside town of Bardolino is just a short walk away and the both the lungolago and beach are just 5 minutes away. Enjoy a slower pace of life with lakeside strolls and local cuisine and if you want to explore a little further, the towns of Garda and Lazise are less than 10 minutes drive away.
