A modern and bright villa with a private swimming pool, Villa San Giovanni is a wonderful home for those looking to stay close to the beach and town centre. With floor to ceiling windows throughout, Villa San Giovanni has been designed around a modern, open space concept and flooding the rooms with light, the large sliding doors open straight out on to the terrace, gardens and private swimming pool.

The villa sleeps 9 guests over 5 bedrooms and is spread over two levels. The heart of this Italian villa is the ground floor with a bright open plan living space, complete with kitchen and dining area. The ground floor is also host to the first three bedrooms, all of which overlook the gardens. There also two bathrooms on this floor, both with showers.

A staircase leads down to the lower level and home to the relax area, complete with sofa, armchairs and billiard table. The last two bedrooms are also on this floor, as well as a third bathroom.

Step outside and catch a glimpse of the lake from the terrace and well kept gardens. The private pool is the ideal spot to spend hot summer afternoons or head to nearby beach and cool off with a dip in the warm lake waters.

Four double rooms, one twin and one single in total. Two double rooms and the twin room are on the ground floor. One double and one single room are on the lower basement level. Three bathrooms, all with shower – two on the ground floor and one on the lower floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The villa has air conditioning throughout as well as WIFI and there is a washing machine available.

Location

Located on the south coast of Lake Garda, Villa San Giovanni is in the popular town of Moniga del Garda. Both the town centre and lake are within a 10 minute walk and Moniga offers a small selection of restaurants, cafes and shops.

The famous beaches of Moniga offer long walks overlooking the crystal clear waters of the lake and the area offers some lovely cycle routes, connecting the towns of Salò and Desenzano.

The port is nearby and with ferries running throughout the day, they make for an exciting alternative way to explore Lake Garda.

Villa San Giovanni sits between the larger and popular towns of Salò and Desenzano del Garda, both around 15 minutes away making this home a great spot to explore this wonderful area of Lake Garda. Milan, Verona and Venice are also easily reachable from here – both the main motorway and Desenzano train station (one of only two on Lake Garda) are just 15 minutes drive away.

A vehicle is not essential for stays here although it is recommended. You can discover Car Hire options here and parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
