Overview

Villa Spa is a recently renovated villa in a prime residential position in Malcesine, just a few minutes’ walk from the lake and the town centre.

The villa is arranged over three floors. The main living space sits on the ground floor and feels like the heart of the house, with an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Large sliding doors bring in plenty of light and open onto the terrace and gardens.

Three bedrooms are also on the ground floor, all king-size doubles. The master suite has a super king-size bed that can be separated to form a twin option, and there is also a single sofa bed in this room. The master has an en-suite shower bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a family shower bathroom.

Up on the mezzanine level there is a study area, plus the fourth bedroom, which is a twin that can be configured as a double. This floor also includes a further shower bathroom. The study has a double sofa bed, which provides the additional sleeping flexibility that takes the villa up to 11 guests.

Outside, the gardens are set up for slow, easy days, with a gazebo for outdoor dining, sun loungers around the pool, and a terrace with barbecue. The wellness area includes a heated jacuzzi and sauna, which is a real highlight for this part of the lake.

Location

Villa Spa is in a residential part of Malcesine, in a prime position within a few minutes’ walk of both the lake and the centre of town.

Malcesine is one of Lake Garda’s most loved towns, with cobbled streets, lively bars and excellent restaurants, and it makes a fantastic base for exploring the lake.

It’s worth noting the villa sits up a hill, so while it’s an easy walk down into town, the walk back is uphill and may feel challenging for some guests.
