Discover to Villa Spa, a stunning villa to rent just a few minutes walk from the lake and centre of the popular lakeside town of Malcesine. With very few villas of its kind in the area, Villa Spa is a unique home recently renovated with a wonderful blend of rustic and modern styles.

Accommodating up to 11 guests over 4 bedroom suites, Villa Spa is a great option for larger families or families travelling together. Spread over three floors, the ground floor is home to the principal living space and the heart of the villa. Boasting an open-plan lounge with a dining area and kitchen, the large sliding doors flood the room with light and open onto the terrace and gardens.

Three bedrooms are also on the ground floor all of which are king-size double rooms. The master suite has a super king-size bed that can also be separated to form a twin option and there is a sofa bed here too. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower while the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower.

Head upstairs to the first floor and a lovely mezzanine area with a study. The fourth bedroom is on this floor and boasts a small terrace where you can glimpse the lake and the famous Scaliger castle of Malcesine. This room is a twin room that can be configured as a double room. The study also has a double sofa bed offering extra sleeping options and the first floor is complete with a bathroom and shower.

Step outside and relax in the villa gardens with table and chairs under the gazebo and loungers around the private swimming pool. The wellness area boasts a heated jacuzzi and the sauna is perfect for cooler days. The terrace is ideal for a spot of al-fresco dining and is equipped with a barbecue.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are four bedrooms; two with double beds and two twin rooms. Three bedrooms are on the main floor:

Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with shower. This can be converted to a twin room. The room also has a single sofa bed.

On the mezzanine level, there is a large twin bedroom, with beds that can be joined to form a double option. There is a family bathroom here with shower.

There is a double sofa bed in the study area, on the mezzanine level.

Good to Know

Villa Spa is air-conditioned throughout and has underfloor heating for stays in the cooler months. Wifi is also provided.

There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and cots and highchairs can be provided on request.

The villa has four bedrooms and two sofa beds. At full occupancy with 11 guests, some guests will need to use the single and double sofa beds.

The barbecue is a charcoal model and the swimming pool is unheated.

Please note that consumables such as soaps, kitchen condiments etc are not provided at this home.

In a residential area of Malcesine, Villa Spa is in a prime position within a few minutes walk of both the lake and the centre of this famous lakeside town.

Overlooked by the impressive Monte Baldo, Malcesine is a bustling town with cobbled streets full of quaint shops, lively bars and wonderful restaurants. With a port and well connected by the lake ferries, Malcesine makes a great base to explore Lake Garda.

We recommend having a vehicle for stays at Villa Spa although it isn’t essential.

You can use the ferries to explore the area and Malcesine is also serviced by a popular tourist bus that runs throughout the day.

The villa has a garage with space for one vehicle with an additional two uncovered spaces outside.

Villa Spa is just over a 1 hour drive from Verona Airport and around 2 hours from Milan Bergamo Airport.
