Discover Villa Prato, an elegant private villa in an exclusive family residence in the hills of San Felice del Benaco. Nestled just a five minute drive from the lake and within walking distance to the village, this splendid home offers wonderful privacy and beautiful lake views.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden, Villa Prato blends an atmosphere of tranquility with a great location close to local amenties. Large windows flood the home with light and open on to spacious patios and a private swimming pool.

Spread over three floors, this spacious villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The ground floor is the heart of the home and boasts a living and dining area with views over the lake as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The hallway leads to the first two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Head upstairs to the double bedroom with lake view balcony and a twin room, which can also be configured as a double room. This floor boasts sweeping views over the pool and lake beyond.

The lower floor of the villa offers a garage with covered parking and laundry room.

The villa is surrounded by a 3,000 sqm garden complete with olive grove and shaded patios. One is the perfect spot for al-fresco dining and is complete with bbq. Step from the patio directly into the gardens and wonderful private swimming pool, complete with more panoramic lake views.

There are 4 bedrooms in total. 3 are double rooms and 1 is a twin room, which can be configured as a double room.

2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms (double and twin) are on the first floor.

There are 4 bathrooms in total. There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (one with shower and one with bathtub). There is 1 bathroom on the 1st floor (with shower). The last bathroom is on the lower floor and has a shower.

Swimming Pool

The private swimming pool is a saltwater pool and measures 12 m x 4 m and has a depth of 1.4 m. It’s equipped with sunloungers and parasols and is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is air conditioned.

The pool is not fenced so children must always be supervised.

There are laundry facilities and WIFI throughout the home.

There are 2 parking spaces in the garage below the villa with a further 2 spaces in the driveway, by the entrance gate.

Location

Nestled in the hills just above the pretty village of San Felice del Benaco, Villa Prato is surrounded by wonderful countryside and beautiful, lake views. At just 1km from the centre of the village, the villa is within walking distance and offers easy access to some excellent restaurants, bakery and small supermarket.

San Felice also offers access to the lake and beaches (around 2.5km away) and the lively town of Salò is just 5km away.

Salò is a lively town with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches are popular with the locals and the town boasts a wonderful lakeside promenade, almost 3km in length and the only one of its kind on Lake Garda.

Salò has a well connected ferry port, offering an excellent way to explore more of Lake Garda.

A vehicle is needed for stays at Villa Prato but it is not remote. There is parking for up to 4 cars.

The villa is about a 1 hour drive from both Milan Bergamo Airport and Verona Airport.
