Overview

Villa Sabrina is a beautifully modern and elegant private villa in Toscolano Maderno. Centrally located, the villa is within walking distance to the lake as well as a great selection of cafes and restaurants. It’s a comfortable and bright family villa, with a lovely well-kept garden and private swimming pool.

The bright and spacious villa sleeps up to 10 people over 6 bedrooms and is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor is home to an open plan living space and the kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped with everything you need to cater for a big family including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Head upstairs to the first four bedrooms. The master bedroom is an ensuite double and has a small, separate room with single child’s bed. There is another double room with balcony, a twin bedroom and a single room with balcony and ensuite bathroom.

Back on the ground floor, there is also a sitting area / study with a sofa bed, that can be converted into an additional bedroom if needed. Downstairs, on the lower ground floor, there is a small, separate apartment with double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and dining/sitting area.

Step outside to the well-kept garden and lovely outdoor dining area complete with barbecue.

Villa Sabrina has 5 bathrooms – 2 en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom upstairs. 1 family bathroom on the ground floor and 1 on the lower floor, both with showers.

The kitchen is full equipped with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Swimming Pool

The private pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and measures 8m x 5m,

Villa Sabrina has air conditioning throughout and WIFI.

There is a Bose sound system, from which you can channel music through the villa and garden.

Laundry facilities are available and all bathrooms have hairdryers.

Pets are not permitted at this home.

Location

Villa Sabrina is located in a quiet residential area close to the lakefront and beaches. It’s just a short stroll to the town centre of Toscolano Maderno which offers a good choice of restaurants, shops and cafes’.

The villa is 300m from the lake and promenade. Stroll for 1km along the lake (around 10 minutes) to the ferry port, offering a great alternative way to visit the towns around Lake Garda.

The closest supermarket is 700m away with another just 1km away (around 10 – 15 minutes walk).

As Villa Sabrina is in a really central location, it’s not essential to have a car here, although it is recommended. There is on site parking for up to 3 cars, with street parking available for more vehicles.

The villa is around a 1 hour 30 minute drive to Milan Bergamo Airport and to Verona Airport.
