Overview

Set in the hills above Salò, Villa Pinoli is a restored Italian country villa surrounded by private parkland, woodland and olive groves, with sweeping views across Lake Garda. 

What makes it work so well for larger groups is the layout. The property is arranged as four independent apartments, plus a dedicated communal space for everyone to gather, dine and relax together. It’s a practical set-up that gives guests privacy and flexibility, while still feeling like one shared stay.

Apartment 1 has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lounge, dining and kitchen area. 

Apartment 2 has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lounge, dining and kitchen area. 

Apartment 3 is an open space apartment with a double bed on the mezzanine and 2 double sofa beds below. There is 1 bathroom and a small kitchenette space. 

Apartment 4 is in the tower and has 1 double bedroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. 

Apartment 5 is the communal space dedicated to the whole group and offers a kitchen, dining and relax area. There’s a bathroom here also. 

Outside, the atmosphere is classic Lake Garda countryside – lawns and gardens around the villa, with terraces for outdoor dining, a barbecue area, a private pool and a large outdoor hot tub for end-of-day soaking with the view. 

Location

Villa Pinoli sits above Salò, one of Lake Garda’s most popular year-round towns, with a long lakeside promenade, a strong restaurant scene and regular ferries from the port. If you’re planning to use the ferries, our Lake Garda ferry guide is a helpful starting point.

The lake, supermarket and Saturday market are around a 15–20 minute walk away. 

Although you can walk into town, a vehicle is still recommended for flexibility and day trips. There is ample private parking (for 6+ vehicles). 

Driving times from the villa: Milan Bergamo Airport approx. 1 hour; Verona Airport approx. 1 hour.

Good to know

Only 4 of the bedrooms have air conditioning, with fans provided in other rooms. 

At full occupancy, two of the sleeping spaces are sofa beds, which is why the villa is best suited to a maximum of 16 adults and 2 children. 

The kitchens are equipped to the capacity of each apartment. The main kitchen is equipped for up to 20 people and is where chef services are provided. 

The property entrance gate is narrow, and the villa can be a little tricky to find the first time.
