Nestled in the hills above Salò, Villa Pinoli is a traditional country villa and overlooks stunning Lake Garda and the mountains beyond. With a private swimming pool and beautiful views, the villa is within walking distance to the town centre and lake, making Villa Pinoli perfectly located for a wonderful stay in Lake Garda.
Surrounded by acres of private park, woodland and olive groves, Villa Pinoli is a recently restored, stunning Italian country villa. The designers have combined modern comfort and convenience with original features including antique stone walls and wooden ceilings.
Perfect for large families and groups of friends, the villa is organised into four independent but connected apartments. There’s private areas for everyone as well as an additional space dedicated to dining and relaxing where everyone can cook, eat and spend time together.
Surrounding the villa is a beautiful garden and lawned area with private woods and olive groves. Outside, guests can enjoy the barbecue and al-fresco dining area, large enough for the entire group. There’s also a large outdoor hot tub and a wonderful swimming pool.
The villa sleeps up to 18 people over 7 double bedrooms and 2 double sofa beds. With 7 bathrooms in total, the villa is made up of private spaces, all independent of each other.
Apartment 1 has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lounge, dining and kitchen area.
Apartment 2 has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lounge, dining and kitchen area.
Apartment 3 is an open space apartment with double bed on the mezzanine and 2 double sofa beds below. There is 1 bathroom and a small kitchenette space.
Apartment 4 is in the tower and has 1 double bedroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs.
Apartment 5 is the communal space dedicated to the whole group and offers a kitchen, dining and relax area. There’s a bathroom here also.

Kitchen
There are a total of 5 kitchens spread over the apartments with a main group kitchen. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven, fridge and dishwasher and the main kitchen also has a Nespresso coffee machine.
Dining
The inside dining space can accommodate everyone and has its own kitchen, bathroom and relax area. The outdoor dining area also has a barbecue.
Gardens
The well-tended lawns are surrounded by 5 acres of private land, woods and olive groves.
Swimming Pool
The private pool measures 4m x 8m.
Good to know
The villa comes complete with WIFI throughout and 4 of the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a washing machine available and there are hairdryers in all the bathrooms.
Considering at full capacity that some beds are sofa beds, Villa Pinoli is suitable for up to 16 adults and 2 children.
The kitchens are equipped according to the capacity of each apartment. The main kitchen is equipped for up to 20 persons and is the kitchen where chef services are provided.

Location
One of the major towns on Lake Garda, Salò is popular all year round and is a great starting point to explore this wonderful area. Ferries leave regularly from the port offering a great way to visit many other places around the lake.
The supermarket, local Saturday market and lake are around 15 – 20 minutes walk away.
Although within walking distance to Salò and all the facilities, we would recommend the use of a vehicle here. There is ample private parking available (for 6+ vehicles).
This villa is about a 1 hour drive to Milan Bergamo Airport and to Verona Airport.

This was the second time we stayed at Tenuta la Pineta and once again it ticked all the boxes. Space, privacy, amenities, views. It has the lot. Swimming in the lake before breakfast, running, walking, seeing the sites or chilling by the pool. Dinner around the table outside also was highlight on many occasions along with taking advantage of the many restaurants in Salo. Whole heartedly recommend.

Wonderful villa for a family reunion of 18 people (ages 15-56). We immensely enjoyed the stunning view of Lake Garda and the villa architecture and grounds are beautiful with a pool and trampoline. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Some rooms were not air conditioned, but fans were provided. Novella went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect and was very responsive helping us to arrange a cooking class at the villa, a gourmet dinner on site and paddle board rentals. The house is a little tricky to find but Novella provided perfect instructions. We shared some special moments gathered around the big dining room table that could accommodate everyone, enjoying the incredible food and wine of the Lake Garda region.

Suitable for a large group. Kitchens in all mini apartments and 2 fridge freezers in the mail kitchen. Lovely pool, garden and sun loungers.
Lack of wardrobes and drawers in the older bedroom by the side steps entrance. Bed very high in the other nearby room. Gateway to the property very narrow. Fridge in older upstairs kitchen froze drinks rather than cooling them. I couldn’t find any temperature control

Super Peaceful Location on the hill overlooking the lake. We Loved the Pool. Plenty of pool towels and nice to see robes provided although we didn’t use these. Plenty of sunbeds and garden furniture. Inside , the apartments were very spacious and well equipped with Plenty of ovens, fridges etc. The beds were super comfy with lovely soft and fluffy towels. The views from the apartments were stunning. Good wifi. Above all, I would like to give a huge thank you to Novella who was amazing from the moment we booked. She responded to my emails and answered any questions immediately. She was so helpful and reassured us every step of the way from sorting Airport Transfers, stocking the villa with groceries and putting us in touch with Manuel at M&M Banqueting for our arrival meal and BBQ which was a fantastic experience. We could not fault the service from everyone and would not hesitate to recommend Garda Holidays . Thank you for a great holiday. I am being picky here as there is nothing we didn’t like. We had an issue with Ants in the main kitchen but appreciate you cannot stop them coming in. Maybe some ant powder may help? It was quite difficult cooking for 10 of us in the main kitchen due to the lack of work surface. Some of the kitchen appliances were precariously balanced on the edge of one shelf.

The property was all that we expected and a wee bit more (a ping pong table). So many wonderful views. Such good times. Property managers were first rate. Highly recommended.
